I can't seem to listen tot he games on through the app. When I click on "live radio," the main screen just slides back into place and nothing is playing.

I logged in at 10am to secure training camp tickets. The queue was 1,900 and after 45 minutes it was my turn. The app crashed when trying to go to the next screen. I closed and reopened the app at 10:45am and was 7,000 in the queue. My number has not moved since 12:15 pm and now I have closed and restarted again. I am now at 12:45pm number 10,000 in the queue. Does the app not work?
