I have a problem with My Altitude

No current problems

- Complication on Apple Watch does not show altitude

- Does not automatically switch from altitude imputed from GOS to the Watch’s built-in miniature barometer

- Requires an off-on Watch reboot to reset

- Does not show altitude if “Location” is turned OFF in the paired iPhone

To resolve My Altitude network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the My Altitude App
1. On android, goto Settings » My Altitude » click [Force Stop]

Clear My Altitude App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » My Altitude » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart My Altitude.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click My Altitude » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto My Altitude » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch My Altitude
