Love VirtualActive, works as expected. Videos are beautiful. Got me finally using my treadmill. Wish the videos were a little smaller, size wise, and $7.99 is steep for what this is, but still enjoying VirtualActive .

I love VirtualActive and have purchased lots of scenes but now it keeps crashing. I have deleted and re-downloaded VirtualActive several time but still no change. I will not purchase any more scenes until it stop crashing.

When I select my run location it comes up in a small screen not full screen like it used to the small screen is so small on an iPad that it’s not even worth watching and I don’t see any way to make it fullscreen please fix this ASAP or give me a refund on all the money I’ve spent on your locations.
Finally version 2.8.7 fixed the issue. That was too many versions. I recommend no bonuses for the coders.

Walking on a treadmill this is a great app. Detects your speed. Videos are nice and great quality. I wish they were longer than 55minutes but I just restart the timer for longer times. Had iFit on my treadmill but it was way to expensive and VirtualActive works just great.

It makes my workout go by much faster. I am a time watcher so it helps that I have something else to watch. The visual is amazing. I have only downloaded two of the places so far and both are so real.

I absolutely love VirtualActive. I use it with my exercise bike and treadmill. I love the different places I can “visit” and the small captions (if you choose to turn them on) that are added to tell you what you are looking at! Keep up the good work!

For 8 bucks a a pop, expensive. But beautiful, easy to get though a workout. I like the little facts that appear. Really like that the speed of the screen changes with my speed.

I love VirtualActive! I'm afraid of heights and this allows me to go and see places I would've missed in person. Keeps me motivated to keep working out and not paying a monthly fee is a big plus. I download where I want to go, set the timer and choose what equipment ur using. Love it! Ty

Love the hikes and runs. Steady camera. Waiting for more locations. Wish that the camera would slow down and look around more often at interesting beautiful views.

Can you make it be like flying too?

I've tried other apps, but this is certainly the best one so far. I am delighted that you can control how much money you want to spend, by selecting where you want to go. The visuals are excellent, the timing is absolutely spot on, and I am enjoying a upping my exercise.

Phenomenal app of outstanding video and the interface design is exactly on point. Simple, clean, and fast to use. Please update with more locations and I will gladly keeping purchasing them. Big thanks and keep up the great work for us that just want to download ala carte!

I prefer Virtual Active to its sister app BitGym because you can pick where to start. VirtualActive is great, but I wish they added more destinations, and included more urban walking tracks. I noticed that in the past year they have not added any new videos at all to VirtualActive and are selling videos to be downloaded only. Still it is a 5-star app, it converts an otherwise tedious workout to fun experience.

VirtualActive is worth the price and memory space. It's beautiful, you can control how fast you go and it doesn't bounce or shake like handheld camera videos. These videos transported me when I used them at the gym, now I am so excited to use them on my treadmill at home!

I was a big fan of BitGym but can't afford the monthly fee. This is a great alternative! Same runs but only pay for the ones you want. Great to run to and makes my runs go by faster. The view does a good job staying in pace with you, so it seems pretty realistic. Plus - always fun to add only the runs you want. Great purchase!

I just discovered this wonderful app and it has transformed my treadmill workouts. Unfortunately it appears that VirtualActive has been abandoned by its developer. No new updates and no new content in a couple of years. I’m now looking for a similar app that is being actively supported and updated by its developer.

I really like VirtualActive . I sit the iPad on the little ledge on my treadmill so it covers up the display. I don't see the clock count down so I just enjoy the scenery without worrying about how much further I have to go. It pulls music from my rock playlist which keeps me pumped. Since I started using it, I'm working out harder and longer but it doesn't seem like it.

I’ve been looking for app like this since I left my gym. I’m much happier now with my workouts at home. Just purchased a new machine the Skillmill by Technogym and VirtualActive completely perfect for my runs. The videos are clear and scenery is beautiful, and feel like I’m there in the moment. It’s worth the $7.99. My only request is if they could add a running video of San Francisco. Other then that I’m really very happy.

Happy to see more videos have been added to the ones I previously bought before I tried BitGym, which does not work for me anymore. Sad to see that one of my favorite courses the Sea to Sky isn’t on here, but my most used course Trinity Mountains is! I never had a problem losing my downloads in VirtualActive so am happy to purchase the videos to keep.

We are missionaries in Ethiopia. Running outside is not peaceful or a stress reliever. VirtualActive is amazing because I no longer have to stare at my white wall while using my elliptical, I can feel like I am in a world that feels a lot more like 'home' or my home culture. Because of the visual I can go longer without feeling bored and then quitting- wishing I could just run trails like I used to. Thank you for VirtualActive! It works seamlessly.

Good app and nice vids. However, for spin biking, they are too short. I get tired of the repeats in order to get in a spin over 30 minutes. Also, it would be nice to have more variety like the hike and walk vids.
