Berlin Marathon
You deserve a Zero Star because I spent a great Amount of time carefully setting up my app to track my son’s race. Do you know how frustrating it is to see his status as “not started” for the entire race? I thought something happened to him and being in the US I didn’t know how to check. I know of many others who sent runners there had the same problem. However, we couldn’t check during the race because it was the middle of the night here. I couldn’t call someone at 4 in the morning and ask, “What does your app say?” Frances ~ USA

Tracking runners almost impossible to find
For an app that is supposed to let you track your runners, the option is almost impossible to find among all the unnecessary links and only after clicking all over the place did I find the right place. Please make this app more intuitive for “visitors”: all we want to find our loved ones and be able to follow them on race day

Unusable App Crashes Immediately
Upon first launch, the app stayed open long enough only to prompt me for permission to receive push notifications. Then it immediately crashed. And now it crashes immediately every time it launches. It’s completely unusable.
