You deserve a Zero Star because I spent a great
Amount of time carefully setting up my app to track my son’s race. Do you know how frustrating it is to see his status as “not started” for the entire race? I thought something happened to him and being in the US I didn’t know how to check. I know of many others who sent runners there had the same problem. However, we couldn’t check during the race because it was the middle of the night here. I couldn’t call someone at 4 in the morning and ask, “What does your app say?”

Having done several other Marathon Majors and used the apps I can say without a doubt that this one is appalling. Half the features (like TRACKING) still say that they’ll be available in race week, and yet the race is tomorrow. Utterly pathetic.

Once I tapped on participant BMWBERLINMARATHON just crashed and exited. Happens to me and my husband both iPhone X or newer. Pls fix this hopefully way before race!

Why was BMWBERLINMARATHON taken down so quickly? Can no longer see my daughters results. Chicago Marathon leaves its app active for 11 months. Why doesn’t Berlin do the same? Ridiculous!

When I load the map it only shows the hot spots. There are no street names or anything that shows the marathon course.

Navigation is awful. Really no good content 2 days prior to race (despite the promises). If you don’t invest, please kill BMWBERLINMARATHON and have runners use a mobile site. A PDF of your printed program would be more useful than BMWBERLINMARATHON. Waste of our time

I have downloaded this application twice. If prompts you to download the data and ays its doing 350+ processes. Then as soon as you touch “visitors” it completely crashes. I can’t even get past the first page let alone track loved ones.

Upon first launch, BMWBERLINMARATHON stayed open long enough only to prompt me for permission to receive push notifications. Then it immediately crashed. And now it crashes immediately every time it launches. It’s completely unusable.

For an app that is supposed to let you track your runners, the option is almost impossible to find among all the unnecessary links and only after clicking all over the place did I find the right place.
Please make BMWBERLINMARATHON more intuitive for “visitors”: all we want to find our loved ones and be able to follow them on race day

Preview shots show “2018” and when I download, I get last years race app. Ive seen screenshots on Facebook of users who have 2019. What am I missing!? Search in BMWBERLINMARATHON Store only gives me BMWBERLINMARATHON. If I add search term “2019” to “BMW Berlin Marathon “ I get no results. Help?
