Frustrated
I’m a brand new season ticket holder this year and they moved to mobile tickets only for new season ticket holders, before the update I was easily able to access my tickets through the app. After updating I am unable to log into my Ticketmaster acccount, I know I am using the correct log in information so I am unable to quickly access my tickets and it is frustrating!! Please fix this as soon as possible!!

Game day radio? Nope. Now $10/mth
It’s so typically pathetic that the NFL and the Texans are such greedy, money-grubbing jokes that they won’t even let fans listen to radio broadcast of the game in their own app anymore. You now have to pay $10 a month or $100 a year for a premium subscription in another app. They pay their commissioner $40M a year but can’t let fans listen to a radio broadcast that costs the NFL nothing. What a joke. Way to stick it to your fans Texans/NFL.

Update does not work
The update for this app does not work and there is no option to not update. My phone does not support ios 13.0. It will not allow cancel for the updates. Even though it seems to work in the background the update notice stays on top.
