1 year agoI recently signed up as a member and paid my dues with a credit card. That card immediately after had fraudulent activity happen so I had to cancel it and get a new card. The dues were not able to be received by the ymca. The ymca charged me an extra $10 for having my card declined. I’m asking for the ymca to forgive those $10. I did pay the dues but not the $10 penalty and I probably won’t. Please do the right thing and forgive this penalty

Too many glitches prevents planning!!!
With this virus and having to sign up can’t use the FILTER at all. Font is so distorted and unreadable, can save our favorite instructors, classes or favorite YMCA’s. So frustrating scrolling forever through 2 YMCA’s classes. Almost give up. Ask a dozen staff at the Monty Ballard YMCA how to fix this?? Have reinstalled app several times still bad on my iPhone XS Max. Please fix. As classes are added it is a nightmare organizing when to reserve a class that is awfully too SMALL because of extreme COVID paranoia.

Can’t use, not working
Due to Covid I thought it was great to be able to register for classes and gym times through the app, but it will not work. I can see everything but will not let me register. Also when I tracked on workout it added 7 so I am not sure what is wrong but it needs some bug fixes.

Reservations
I am not able to reserve my class on the app! When I go to the website I have to logout of the app before I can login to the website to reserve my spot. Frustrating to have to go back and forth, especially on a phone.
