On 28 September 2021 I attempted to deposit a check, using the Kinetic mobile application to my checking account. This is my 2nd time using the mobile deposit feature and expected a 14-day hold on funds since this was the hold period on my 1st mobile deposit. I have been waiting patiently for funds to post to my checking account and it’s now a month later with zero correspondence on status of deposit. I’ve called customer service twice to inquire on the status and unsuccessful in talking to a human customer service representative. Instead I find myself stuck in a continuous automated telephone loop that eventually hangs up on me. I regret opening a checking account with Kinetic and disappointed in the hurdles I’m trying to overcome in making a mobile check deposit.

Customer is very unprofessional and I had a problem with my car loan, money added and I spoke to 4 different people and got 4 different reason! Problem still unresolved!! I HATE This company!!

Keeps having errors and can’t access info

I have been using KineticCreditUnionALGA with Voiceover for years. Now it is hard to navigate. I am using iOS13. I have an iPhone8. Please fix this!

I am retired and therefore receive Railroad Retirement/Social Security. My husbands check goes into his account on the first of every month if not before the first. He banks elsewhere.
Kinetic holds my check if the first falls on a weekend, and it goes in on the next “business day.” So, if the 1st falls on a Saturday, thats a 2 day hold. If Monday is a holiday, its a three day hold!
I havent yet received a satisfactory answer as to WHY my check doesnt show up in my account on the FIRST, no matter WHAT DAY that falls on!!

They are extremely low interest rate on savings is negligible. In order to secure deposit so I want to just let you pay a more competitive rate. Discover pays 4.3% on savings

You should start allowing members to get paid the day before their pay date like other banks!!

App works well for what I use it for, mainly checking balance or transferring between checking and savings.

The staff is always courteous, friendly & caring about my needs Great customer service and satisfaction! Many Blessings 2 You All!!!

Great tool having access to my accounts, via the iPhone. The only downfall is that I have to deposit checks the old way by using the drive up teller.

App is easy to use and a great way to know about the account in a snap.
