I was originally using Safety Note+ which is free. Had no problems with it, it did have ads but they were not intrusive. Recently there was an update, but after the update I saw that I now had 2 icons…one for safety note+ and one for safety note pro, when I tried to open safety note+ which is what I had originally it did not recognize my password however once I managed to get into it all of my notes were gone, it was as if I never had the App. However in safety note pro I could see the number of notes but had to create a password and pay for safety note pro and was thanking me for the upgrade . .. The same thing has happened on both of my iPads however I did not let it install yet. But I know what’s going to happen when I do, it will probably lock me out of the free app and force me to use the upgrade. It’s too bad I cannot attach a screen shot to this to show it… my iPad shows safety note + but the upgrade is for safety note pro.

I purchased Safe Note Pro and I set it up for two password configuration. One for regular notes and another for my secret j notes. It failed to do this. After setting my secret note password, I closed the app and re-open to set-up my regular notes password. After closing the app, I try to access my secret notes and it is not recognizing my password. It tried my regular notes and it pass through. I updated the app with the hopes of fixing the issue. Now it doesn’t recognize any of my passwords, and when I try to click on Forgot Password, it’s charging me $1 to go further. This is ridiculous. If this is not resolve, I want my money back!!

I have tried on several occasions to get help over several bugs that I have come across and the developers have never gotten back to me, so I am ready to cancel all my subscriptions with them … the latest bug is a serious issue, I can’t create folders, because the save button no longer works, and it doesn’t create new folders. I am over all these app developers claiming oh we need to have subscriptions to offer support and updates, and you still give crappy support!
