How to fix iAbidan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iAbidan app on iPhone
Update iAbidan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iAbidan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iAbidan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iAbidan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iAbidan Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iAbidan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iAbidan App
1. On android, goto Settings » iAbidan » click [Force Stop]

Update iAbidan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iAbidan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iAbidan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iAbidan.

Fix iAbidan unable to contact server/ iAbidan internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iAbidan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iAbidan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iAbidan
