- Hype Train taking up too much screen space on mobile

- Audio bug, video bug, random error messages that force quit stream

- Follow, subscribe buttons and streamer descriptions taking up too much screen space

- Unstable app, freezes easily

- Fast forwarding and rewinding through past broadcasts clears the chat each time

My twitch app on my iPhone keeps crashing. I have uninstalled and installed it again and it keeps crashing.

To resolve Twitch network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Twitch App
1. On android, goto Settings » Twitch » click [Force Stop]

Clear Twitch App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Twitch » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Twitch.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Twitch » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Twitch » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Twitch
