  I was charged for an entire years subscription after my free trial. I’ve sent emails trying to get a refund of that email and have heard nothing back. I didn’t want an entire year and haven’t even accessed the app since the free trial. Terrible experience and customer service.

  I like the app, but you have to have the phone on your body for it to work.

  Scam don’t buy

  It literally just tells you your steps and you set your own goal.... nothing predictive about how much you should walk etc. Worse $10 I spent. Same data your iPhone already tells you for FREE

  Downloaded and now without using it am deleting it. Nowhere does it actually say how much the charge is or how long the trial period is—it states trial period if applicable. Talk about hiding behind an app. No transparency here at all.

  The first thing you do is encouraging. What is your weight now, what do you want it to be, etc. Then they force you to pay a subscription! Not doing it. Deleted app.

  Really unacceptable and quite frankly, misleading. Spend your money elsewhere.

  App advertised a 4 week customized plan, just basically a pedometer. Poorly designed and advertised. Don’t buy.

  DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!!!!

  I purchased a year subscription for total of 71.39. I tried one workout and hated app, it was a 15 minute walk with no options for increased time. I tried to cancel my subscription which was less than one hour old and was told I would be charged 800$ if I canceled! What a scam could not find this revealing amount in fine print beware DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!

  Waste of $20.00

  Downloaded the app today and it doesn’t count all my steps. Doesn’t sync with my health with Apple or with Apple Watch. I don’t carry my phone with me every where. Not for me. $20 for a few hours use and now I am canceling my subscription.
