I have been trying to close my bank account since I don’t live in Turkey anymore. I can’t seem to get any help from YapıKredi nor the website! All I get is emails in Turkish unfortunately I’m not fluent in Turkish.

YapıKredi is able to use and record both camera of the phone. The bank effectively force you to this non sense method to use most of the functions. I do not want someone to record my video on both cameras, switching between them without notifying me!
Turkish Law should prohibit this nonsense.
For business, this is a huge risk as well. I have signed non-disclosure agreements with multiple parties. What happens if this bank switch to back camera and record sth on my laptop/monitor screen or some paper on my desk?
Why would I or anyone to trust them over how to use these recordings? What happens if they lose data from their server?

Turkish banks are so fast to adopt the new technologies but this video usage would raise huge concerns in many western countries. Frankly, I hated this approach and decided to use another bank as my main one for transactions in Turkey.

As of this moment, on an iPhone XS, I am successfully logging on and immediately presented with, stupid upsell advertisement, on which none of the 3 buttons work to dismiss it away so I can go about doing my banking business.

Whoever thought of inserting these bank product advertisements need to take into account how they are impacting user experience.

In my case, after waiting about a minute, app crashes and as a result I cannot use bank services. very frustrating.

I have money in my accounts but I cannot pay my credit card thru YapıKredi to gain a working limit. Seems a basic use of YapıKredi . Sad. It use to be a useful tool.

YapıKredi is not bad for personal use, however if you are using it for corporate it is AWFUL.
If the developer solves the problems below I will change my rating to 5 stars.

Every day I have at least 10 some times 30-40 approvals. With other bank mobile apps I can approve all of them in total of maximum 5 clicks. On Yapi Kredi Mobile it takes at least 60-70 clicks just to approve 10 payments.

Additionally all other banking apps let you use more than one corporate accounts with YapıKredi . With Yapi Kredi Mobile you just cannot. So if you have two companies, you have to pick one to use with YapıKredi , and the other with !!unresponsive!! web site.

All the banks in Turkey let you increase money transfer limits in YapıKredi or web. But yapi kredi bank doesn’t let you send above 15k usd which means your money is trapped there! You can’t increase the transfer limit online so you have to go to the branch! 300k tl maximum limit is an insult!

YapıKredi is generally good, however there is no way to control/limit notifications every time a company in Turkey goes public and YapıKredi tries to promote this. I have no interest over these type of offers and I am only interested in the daily banking. Developers should limit this nuisance.

Some areas was very difficult to sing in smart phone or PC. now it is better and people will understand . Keep up to good work make things easy to use , and sign in with very security.

One little problem l had have, l try to send little money for experience to my account with WesternUnion from USA did not work .I had correct Iban number address etc. l will try again later

1. Face ID or Touch ID should replace Göz-ID because it is more secure and accurate.

2. Swift transfer should be added to the mobile app. Currently we can not transfer to an international account using the iOS app..!

The functionality is good but there are unnecessary steps in moving between functions. It was clearly driven by the programers rather than users. Garanti's app is easier to use, though they have similar functionality. That said, it's really great that you no longer need to know if your transfer is to a different bank or within Yapı Kredi - that saves time.

YapıKredi is improved a lot. However it needs some refactoring for Iphone XS. Firstly, hamburger menu on top left does not feel the touch action immediately. You need to press several times at least. Secondly, we cannot choose the payment type while transferring money to registered accounts. I cannot specify it is for rent for example.

The functionality is great with a cutting way of integrating technology. However, the developer should make navigation more intuitive and easier to navigate. Furthermore, Yapi should get a team that does a better job in adapting YapıKredi to English customers- even these must be a very small % of clients for a Turkish bank… but there is room to improve.

This banking app is one of my favorites in Turkey. It’s easy to use, it has both English and Turkish menus.

Better than any other online banking.

All I have to say is … the most thoughtfully-designed and useful banking app I’ve ever experienced. American banks are embarrassingly bad in comparison. My only wish is that the maximum password length were longer.

Quite functional

I trust YKB, belongs to the biggest and independent business group of Turkey. Best stuff and customer service you can find.

The colors and the visual appearance are very attractive, reaching out to services are very easy, the graphical design of the assets are just wonderful. I liked very much the mobil application of YKB. Many thanks to web designers.

A very good App. I’ve been using it more than 6 years. They are always updating YapıKredi periodically with good enhancements.
I haven’t found any major fault while I have been using YapıKredi last 6 years.

It's better than any other online banking app. Easy to use, functionality in one app. Anyway keep improving it!
