Why have you not delivered my paper on and off for a couple of weeks? I have not cancelled my subcription but have not received the paper for the last four days. Also when I try to open my account to report my problem I am told that it cannot be accessed at the time. What is going on!!??

I did not receive my paper 3/30, 5/1 and 5/2. Plese notify me that you have credited my account. Three times is ridiculous especially since I have missed one or two issues every day for a couple of months.
