Didn't get the paper today AGAIN!!!! Can't you just fire her and get someone else who is more reliable? When it does come, it comes after 11:30. And, sometimes when it comes it is in the wrong driveway. Not only that, there is no phone number to call and complain. I have to do this via email and who knows who is getting this.

For perhaps the 5th time in a few months our paper has arrived soaking wet, since it was not double wrapped for the rain. I am constantly told this matter will be addressed to my satisfaction but that is not the case. What does it take to ensure that the delivery person double wrap my paper EVERY DAY?

I have been a customer of Palm Beach Post for over 44 years. You over the years constantly try increasing each billing cycle. I have spoken to someone over times and got it rectified somewhat and now you are trying to increase me to $260/3 months. I have several friends of which that one is paying $256 yearly and another $200 yearly and neither have been a customer nearly as long as I. I spoke to someone today and asked to have the same fees and they would not accommodate me, so I cancelled. You apparently don't care that you are losing a customer of this many many years. My one special needs son loves reading the paper, especially the sports. This is the only reason I do still get the paper. My husband who passed two years ago loved doing the crossword puzzles.

Where is Local? What is the date line?

My family has subscribed since 1972 and I’m afraid this is going to be the end, with this app revision. The last version had many of the roads are virtues of the old actual paper, the chief being I knew which addition something was in I could go between additions and I could figure out what period of time I was reading news about. This is a mishmash that I can find on the Internet. I have yet to find the letters page. I also don’t think I’m an old guy in my 50s but probably a.m. I hope the younger people like this because I’d hate to see the post disappear but I have to say one of the most important features was your inputAnd coverage on local issues. If all I need to see is stuff on South Florida in general well then you are dead.

Hot liberal garbage.

Just wanted to support and stay up on local news and sports but cancelling and deleting after getting sick and tired of this rag (new media investment group= same umbrella of USA Today/ New York Times) that only has their puppets parrot the same garbage around the country thinking we still don’t see their strings.

As always you are and have been always answering to the left and not to the middle. There is a middle that you have to work hard earn your keep.
