I started using the app not too long ago and I really liked it especially like the first week or so. I had some time off work and figured it was a good opportunity to try to help myself since I have a weird work schedule and sometimes that makes remembering to eat, let alone having the motivation to eat, difficult. What I found though was when I went back to work my meal reminders kept creeping up earlier and earlier and now my breakfast notification that I set for 6:30 literally pops up at 4:30 in the morning which is basically the busiest part of my morning. That’s not the only notification that does that either. Basically every notification that I set around my work schedule goes off at the most inconvenient times. It’s just super frustrating because I did set them for when I should be eating. It’s such a small thing but it really discouraged me from using the app and it doesn’t really help if I’m trying to get myself to remember to eat in the first place

I’m new to using this app or anything like it. My relationship with food / macro or calorie tracking and weighing / body checking for years has often been unhealthy.
My thoughts using this app for just a few days—it’s a game changer for me! Even though I’m working with a therapist on some of the issues the app addresses, I still forget to be mindful and aware of my mood throughout the day, so this app has helped so much!! A great place to turn when you feel certain urges, it helps to identify and organize thoughts, then calm down prior to acting on them. The quotes and mantras are a nice bonus.
I wish it was updated to a more modern look and feel but it really gets the job done and well.
I love that you also don’t need to create a profile if not linking with a clinician, so your email isn’t filled with notifications or ads.

I love this app. I have been using it a couple days and it’s a gear way to store all the inspirations, journals, quotes, coping skills I need at mealtimes, etc in one spot plus the build your own meditation is AWESOME and I love the little inspiration section - I only gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because I would love to see that in that section a bit more ability to personalize just like in the other sections. I am not a huge fan of some of the quotes and inspirations to choose from and I have tons I would want to use that I could add there that would be much more meaningful to me. Also images. But it’s ok. You can submit them for community review or log them in another part of the app, but I would like to just have them there for myself even if they aren’t for the community. Also would like the little scrapbook to have a few more options for personalization, but do love that you have to complete challenges to use it. Motivation!!
