I’ve been using this app for at least three years and I’ve always loved it. However, with iPhone 11 Pro and iOS 13.3, there are two bugs that make it extremely dangerous to use.
First, when I start the app, a lot of times the keypad doesn’t show up or it shows up for a second and then immediately goes away, and there’s no way of getting it back. Due to this bug, I have to type my password somewhere else and copy it back to the app, which is NOT what we want to do because it’s not safe!!!
More severe is that, when you use this app first and then go to some other app. Now if you slide the white bar at the bottom of your screen to go back to this app again, it does not ask you for password again, whereas if you go back by opening the App Switcher (that is the tabs of apps you have used after you swipe up the white bar), it will ask you for the password. That means you have to shut down the app manually after using every single time to make sure everything’s safe.
I really like the app and hope you guys can have it fixed soon. I’ll change my rate to 5 star when I see those changes.

Other reviewers have already noted the issues. I purchased this app a few years ago and it worked without issue until an update a several months ago. Based upon the stellar reviews in the pro version, it seems likely that this version was sabotaged to force long-standing users to purchase the upgrade in order to access stored data. If that’s not the case, why does the pro app have such stellar review with no mentions of users not being able to access their data, and every current review for this version states that users can’t access the data they’ve stored in the app. This is NOT a good way to compel users to upgrade.
What happens when this developer decides that they need a monthly subscription model.? Will all those that have purchased the pro version be locked out of the app until they upgrade to the subscription service???

I’ve used OneSafe for many years and had been happy until now!! It had been working fine until today it would not open. It would scan my face unlock then app would immediately quit. I rebooted my phone and still no luck. Ended up deleting and reinstalling app. I have used FaceID to open app. After restoring backup data I cannot get what I thought was my password to work. Unfortunately there is no password reset. I have searched their website and cannot find any information about how to reset password.
Under the Users Guide there is an Ask a Question. I have clicked on that three times and it just takes me out of the app and nothing happens. It’s like they don’t want you to contact them!! At this point I’m afraid that I have lost years of passwords! This is so frustrating!!
Investigate if you can reset a lost password before you buy!!
