Equpbase not working
White screen broken h in middle of screen noting working

My Equibase is showing a white screen only and nothing will come up how can I fix it
My Equibase deactivates daily and also sometimes within the day. I have added your address to my mail contacts. I have Windows 7...with a new browser (Edge). I have pushed the reactivate button and it shows active but then later deactivates and I get the deactivation message again. Is there anything else I can do?
My equibase app isn't working only the today
