Same as Rod on 24/10. Been using the App in Hobart city for a couple of years, has been great. Has now stopped detecting parking bays, so no way to key in the Bay number. What gives?

easypark will not show the Hobart on=street parking, but instead shows available off-street parking which I am not interested in.

When trying to use the app I get a message “an unhandled error has occurred” Please try again. This has occurred on 2 separate occasions. I tried reinstalling the App but that made no difference. I'm also having trouble logging into my account, there doesn't appear to be an option for receiving the code via SMS (only via email) when resetting password.

Easypark app is not working in the Southport area code 9995 as of 8:15am. And I can’t pay manually because I don’t have my card on me or cash. All it says is ‘an unhandled error has occurred’ and now i’m probably getting a fine

I parked my Mini 7581LKN on the 16 June at 8:45 am at Avenida de la Naciones Unidas in Puerto Banus, Spain. I stated the EasyPark app. I came back 11:45 am but when I wanted to turn off the App it said no charges, no payment needs to be done. I came back to the same place, at the same time on the 17th, started the app and came back at 09:45 am, ie an hour later. When I turned off the app, it flashed up the amount of euro 60 something. This is not correct and I wish you to look into this matter and charge me the correct amount, which is for ca. 4 hours. Many thanks and kind regards. Christer von der Burg
