Just the facts, Ma’am. Gas, mileage, price. And a note section that on a trip I can put the filling location in, or around town put the mpg the car estimated.
Then version 4.0 came out. It’s got all the features; only the formatting has changed. No more going down the “mileage” column to eyeball for highs and lows. Now the data is arranged in blocks that are more difficult to read. Just a smidge less useful.
And if, in an attempt to compensate, we then get beat graphs of the data, bam! The basic part is gone. Let us stick to the CSV exports for that, and give us at least a toggle back to ye olde format.

It’s a wonderfully simple and easy to use app. Does everything as needed, and have used it for what feels like forever, but at least 5 years.

I wish it offered iCloud Drive syncing support. I’d rate it 5 stars. The current export/import is cumbersome for me, I like it for device switching, but I have to reset my existing device periodically, so….yah.

I wanted a no frills method for tracking my fuel economy in my new car. Searched and found MileageKeeper and decided to try it. No surprise, it met my needs and expectations. THEN IT HAPPENED.... I got a new phone. I hoped, but did not expect to be able to carry the 10 months of data over to my new device.

Went to developer site, read FAQ on export and import and VOILA my historical mileage is now on my new device. MileageKeeper does not have tons of features, but what it does, it does well. Terrific download decision.

I love MileageKeeper and have been using it for a few years for both my vehicles. Love that I could see, at a glance, the mileage per tank and other date. But, I am not enjoying the latest update. 😕 Still okay but I have to scroll through to see any basic data. Not sure why the screen appearance had to change but I will try to adjust (wish that part would have been optional). 😄

I’ve been using MileageKeeper for a little over five years now. I would buy it if I could. MileageKeeper gives you exactly what its titled as. There’s not frills or numerous extra features. In a time with apps that have to do everything and flooded with unnecessary aspects. MileageKeeper is perfect. Thank you so much for your contribution <3

I have been using your app for years through all the upgrades and it has never skipped a beat. I appreciate it being non-GPS tracking as I would prefer Entering all that data by myself. I also appreciate just the basics where all I want is just to keep up with my car mileage on multiple vehicles thank you.

I love what MileageKeeper currently does, but it would be really nice if you could add some features. I'd really like to see a chart on how much I spend and how many miles I go monthly and annually. It would help my budget each year. It would also help estimate when I will need to get my car serviced. Thank you for making such an easy app to use.

MileageKeeper is simple, easy to use and works like expected.
I have used it for two cars now and it gives me an idea of how much I spend on gas and gives the fuel economy information.
One great feature is that you can export the data and email it or use them in spreadsheet apps to create charts and other get other info.

At first I couldn't quite figure out how MileageKeeper worked but once I got over that, I use it every time I fill up. It's good for me because I work as a courier and it allows me to figure out how many mpg, etc and how much I act spend on gas

The web site they provide a link to does not match MileageKeeper . More specifically there is no settings screen to set up the units of measure, can’t set up the language, etc.. The buttons the web site refers are shown on the application screen. It’s a good thing MileageKeeper is free otherwise I would want my money back. I guess the old adage “you get what you pay for” applies here in spades. I’m seriously think of deleting it off my iPhone. This is a poorly supported app by its author.

A simple effective way to track your mpg. I had a slight glitch (operator error?), no matter, I received a quick response. Customer service A+. It would be nice to link with Dropbox/syncing with other devices. But, it it still simple to forward and open on another device.

I have an older iPhone 6 that cannot be updated to iOS 13. Imagine my surprise when I went to fill my gas tank and MileageKeeper tried to update itself...50%, 60%, 75%... and it stopped. Tried again, same thing.

Mileage Keeper no longer runs on iOS 12.9, and all my years of data is unavailable. I heard someone did an export, and I hope that one doesn't need to run MileageKeeper to do it, otherwise I'm sunk. Can't afford a new phone.

The only other option is to back up the phone, find a pre-August backup, restore to that, run MileageKeeper and do an export, store that data elsewhere, then restore from the current backup. Not at all pleasant.

Guess I'll go with another app that will run on iOS 12.9. :-/

Everything you want in a mileage record app and nothing extraneous. All app makers should study this one to see how clean, functional design can be a thing of beauty. Instantly obvious how to use it; extra features are available if you want them but don’t intrude on the basic functionality. A pleasure to use.

This was a great app UNTIL they updated it. Now I can no longer see (or find) the mpg I was getting at a glance. Also the format is awful - large font and the vehicle list and fuelings are ordered backwards now. I think I will delete it since it is of no use to me anymore but a shame because I have about 8 years of history in here with 6 different vehicles!

App does exactly what it claims todo! MileageKeeper is dead nuts simple. Thank you for not over complicating it. No graphs or charts just a list of mpg. My only complaint is I have to manually add a decimal while entering numbers. I could only be happier if I could add a reminder to change the oil or rotate tiers every so many miles.

Have always loved MileageKeeper. It’s simple, no-frills and gives just what you need, but the new summary view is useless. The old view with a single line per refill allowed you to quickly compare fuel economy, this stacked version doesn’t allow you to compare anything. It’s useless enough that I’m considering changing apps, but I had to lose all my info and MileageKeeper had been rock-solid for years!

Mileage total, cost, mpg. Exactly what I have needed to keep track of two vehicles mpg over the past few years. Even exported the data for tax purposes. No ads, no useless garbage cluttering everything up, the right tool for the job.

Love MileageKeeper. It only logs your mileage. It doesn't track where you go or drain your battery by background tracking. It just logs your miles and let's you write a simple note - like where you filled up and if it was reg or 100% gas.

Tool is helpful to keep track of the gas efficiency of your car.

Been using this for over a year and it does a great job for our 3 cars.

Would be nice to have some chart options on gas prices, mileage, time of year.

I’ve been using MileageKeeper about a year and a half. Does what it’s supposed to. I recently migrated the data to a new phone. All the directions for exporting and importing are on the support site. Smooth! No glitches whatsoever.

Simple, straightforward, not trying to be anything it isn’t; MileageKeeper is great. I’ve been tracking with it for years and appreciate it’s still around. Ads are completely understood since it’s free and useful. If you’re looking to track fuel usage, this is what you need.
