It took a solid 5mins for the login screen to process after submitting my info. Submitting documents is a pathetic. I had to take the photo and give it a name, but it wouldn’t submit. So, I logged out and back into to reset the client and upload documents. I had to do this 6x before it actually worked. As for “signing” anything, still won’t even let me. Every time I select the option to sign, it takes me to a blank white screen. No error message. No scrolling to see if stuck on top or bottom of the page. Just a white blank screen of uselessness with nothing to do and no where to go. RelianceMatrix is apparently the only way to sign because for some reason you can’t do it online. For something that’s required by employers for submitting medical time off, this is a worthless piece of junk and I hope the failures of RelianceMatrix don’t screw me out of pay or a job… you get ZERO STARS if it were possible.

I have not been able to access my account in RelianceMatrix or the desktop website. There is always some kind of error notification. I’ve submitted 3 help tickets already to get this looked at with no response in the past 3 or so weeks. I’m unable to check the status of my claim or upload anything. It’s unusable. Someone needs to address this pronto.

The website provides the exact same basic info

Every time it takes a long time to login and failed later without a reason.

App doesn’t utilize Face ID. Each use requires typing in log in info. App doesn’t allow you to view documents. Incredibly it’s been this screwed up for years. God help you if you need to use this trash.

This company goes out of their way to deny any claims you have no matter how many times you get them revised by your dr. This company is a scam and staff is unprofessional. Will or wont respond to your emails if they feel like it or not. Would give 0 stars stars if I could

It should be illegal to provide an app that doesn’t work when it’s meant to help people manage medical leave and accommodation.

It actually makes no sense. The login screen doesn’t work half the time. Almost as if they don’t want you to be able to get help.

RelianceMatrix NEEDS a lot of work.

No information is provided for the claims you file except the start/end date and the status of the claim.

Nothing has ever shown in the different sections within the claim. Like; Accommodation Items, Payment Details, Documents, Time Off Requests, Certification Summary, Text Messages. What’s the point of having sections for information, if no information is actually going to be available to look at!?

RelianceMatrix and the instructional videos of how to use RelianceMatrix , look completely different. RelianceMatrix does not have the same look, platform options, etc. If RelianceMatrix actually looked like and worked like what was shown in the videos, it could be a great app.

There is no way to submit a question or ask for help, except for calling. Then when you do call, no one answers.

I couldn’t upload a single document.

The only nice thing about RelianceMatrix , is that it did tell you how much leave you have used and how much you have available.

Longed in once successfully after that cannot log in anymore. Even tried to reset password to which it still did not send me an email or text as instructed. Horrible application to utilize when it impacts your work leave status, information. Work life balance is not this apps priority at all.

RelianceMatrix has the worst password integration I’ve seen in years. Can’t remember password, no Face ID, doesn’t pull log info from saved passwords in iOS, and won’t auto copy temporary passwords sent to sms. Makes logging in or resetting password way more difficult than it should be. As a new parent this is the last problem I wanted to deal with and incredibly annoyed.

The only benefit is you can download copies of your docs but these are emailed to you anyways. There’s no effective way to contact support on RelianceMatrix to ask questions so you end up having to call anyways. RelianceMatrix doesn’t save your login so you have to type your email and password every time. And because I have this setting turned on in iPhone and it works for all other apps, I assume it must be a bug. Not sure what the point of RelianceMatrix is.

I have been trying to reset my password several times. It verifies my Email and says it is sending an Email. Have not reciprocated an Email. I have called several times to get a claim started and been on hold > 6-10 minutes. Non of this is helpful when you are already stressed due to illness or illness of a loved one and you need to take a leave. By the time you receive help and complete the process you no longer need to be on leave. I have been working at this for 3 days.

Do you enjoy a game of chance & riddles or spend your free time in escape rooms? If so you will love RelianceMatrix!!! To file any docs for leave you are required to either mail in docs or sign electronically through RelianceMatrix. Since I don't have a printer RelianceMatrix is the only way to do this. BUT THE OPTION TO SIGN ELECTRONICALLY IS GRAYED OUT & the docs can only be downloaded not viewed. I saved the file to a folder in matrix and used markup to sign, is this the correct way, I don't know, so really RelianceMatrix just creates more for me to do during my FMLA because I'll have to follow up with matrix to see if they received required papers.

I received some generic, grammatically incorrect response, to my review. The instructions took me to just one more non-functioning link.

What does it take to reach a real person that knows something about my company and state leaves? A miracle!!!!

RelianceMatrix is terrible. I am planning a leave for March 2024. I would like to review information now. I am being proactive because of all the issues my coworkers are having Every attempt at more information is a useless loop back to the more information page. I thought Unum was bad but Matrix makes them look like the elite leave processing provider.

Your company is being paid for services you are making impossible to access. Messages go to no place! I want to see paperwork for OR paid leave, find information about how the state paid leave works in conjunction with my short-term disability benefits and how FMLA/OFL work in combination with both. Why!? can’t I simply find instructions and blank forms?

RelianceMatrix is the worst app ever so inconvenient. I cannot get anything done. I can’t open any of the documents to view them. You have to download them to your text messages or other weird places. There’s no phone number to reach your examiner there’s no email address to to contact your examiner, I can’t find anything I’m looking for in there. It is absolutely the worst app ever they should’ve just left it alone. The other one worked perfectly fine. Whoever developed this. The documents I need to view are all on a time schedule and if I can’t open them to view them, then RelianceMatrix is absolutely worthless please somebody fix it.

What a horrible app and company. The most confusing process, claim examiner doesn't respond, dates are wrong, no status updates. Look at the reviews, horrible!

App was easy to follow, intuitive and just worked as expected. Allowed me to manage my leave from my phone start to finish.

Using an app to communicate with the insurance company made all processes easy and quick and gave me immediate access to all my documents and to my claim person

So grateful for this easy-to-use app, especially when filing this type of paperwork can typically be stressful. Thanks Matrix for putting your clients first!
