I’ve been living in Spain for about 4 years, I’ve used Alsa literally hundreds of times. I wish this company would die. Think about it, the most favorable review is a decade old and talks about how fun it is that it can take your data. Go to a station in person and you can straight up make up info. Should the data be used for logging transport data, probably, is that all, not it is not. My current gripe is after the update I can’t use the service web or app without registering. And the UI is still garbage. this app, you don’t deserve the monopoly you’re trying to pull. Puñetas cabrones son los desarrolladores de esa app

App doesn’t let you buy round trip ticket for the same day. You have to do it on the website or in person. Also when you want to change the time of your ticket, it only shows you the last two buses for the day. You have to make the change in person. App crashes when I try to view past tickets. Also Apple Pay payment fails.

Tech glitch when trying to make a reservation resulted in duplicate bookings. When I tried to cancel the duplicate the “free cancellation” was actually going to charge me a fee. I sent a message to this app and they didn’t reply so I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges.

Managed to create an account and search for bus trips, but the second I click on one it says “session expired” and takes me back to the home page.

I’m trying to book a ride from Granada to Granada’s airport and it will not show me the stations I’m searching for to get on the bus nor the airport option.

Never have I seen greater discrepancy between reservation and service. Don’t be fooled by the fancy app. The bus service is right out of the 3rd world. Or maybe that’s what Europe is nowadays. Avoid at all costs.

My credit card was charged but the ticket was not issued. It’s very hard to resolve the problem - so far I was unsuccessful.

App crashes when performing a journey search. Unusable.

Can’t buy a ticket.. will delete.

Por favor, debéis arreglar la compatibilidad con Wallet. Es mucho más práctico andar con los tickets en el móvil que en andar liado con papel.
Debéis modernizaros this app.

Apple Pay no funciona 👎

I find the use of Alsa frustrating at time. Simple question like where is the nearest bus stop or station is a project. With Alsa , you see your name and membership BUT, if you want any information about your trip you have to sign in again.

I have found Alsa extremely useful but it won’t let me pay for my tickets easily. That’s the only drawback

Good way to check schedules, but doesn't let foreigners but tickets. Tried both methods -- credit card and Paypal. The PayPal interface demanded a Spanish DNI number (national identification number). They should explain this limitation in Alsa .

Bueno para conocer horarios pero no permite que extranjeros compran billetes. Rechazó tarjetas de crédito de EEUU y Perú. También rechazo me cuenta de Paypal por falta del nro. de DNI Español. He comprado cosas en todo el mudo con Paypal. Nunca me pidieron eso. Se debe explicar esta limitación en la App.

Haven't bought tickets with app but so far Alsa seems very helpful for planning some legs of our next trip. Hope buying tickets is easy and good too.

I just booked my tickets and received my confirmation e-mail with PDF of tickets. The process was smooth and quick! No glitches with Alsa so far.

Works very well and even better as we use BUSPLUS.

I'm from the U.S. So I hesitated to download Alsa because the reviews made me think I wouldn't be able to buy tickets without a Spanish ID #. Well they fixed this version- I was able to use my passport # to buy tix with PayPal. I still don't think US credit cards work, but then they don't work on the full website anyway. Baby steps I suppose.

Easy to easy to use. Great prices. We saved $$ booking a few trips via this app vs tour agencies. We used Alsa to travel around Spain and I especially loved using the this app premium bus. The attendant on the bus spoke Eng& Spanish. The rides were smooth and seats where comfy.
Also I had to cancel round trip tickets to Cordoba from Seville and it was an easy, no hassle process via Alsa. Don’t hesitate to use this!
