I just don’t understand why I see so many good reviews sure it works upon first downloading. But the moment I try to go on and use again, it almost immediately starts freezing and not working. I can’t open any single file. I can’t change the tab to look at what’s saved or anything else. It’s just crashing on me. And I haven’t been able to use 4shared since the very first time. Please fix this!

For the past year, I have hoped for the best however every update has NOT helped to resolve the issues of 4shared constantly crashing. 4shared used to be very useful back in 2018, but as of 2019 and 2020 it doesn’t seem to be functioning the same way and it freezes all the time. So sad and confused to what went wrong.

I think I have trie to swipe up and restart 4shared way too many times. I only installed it to download a hard to find program that I need. The only way 4shared will unfreeze is if I turn my iPad off and turn it back on. Then it works until I tap and it syncs to my photos. That makes 4shared freeze up. Why’s it got to be so difficult

I have had a heck of a time trying to download zips of folders of my files. So I don’t have to do a file by file download. Sadly, it isn’t working and file by file is what I am forced to do. This is extremely annoying for how old 4shared is, the kinks should be worked out by now. Luckily my internet isn’t metered or I’d be way more angry then I already am, which is a lot.

I updated my phone and now 4shared won’t even open, even after restarting my phone, deleted and reinstalling it, logging out of my account and logging back in. It’s nothing but a white screen when I open it

4shared keeps crashing before I even try to play a song. I cannot even get to the songs offline because of the crashing problem. What is the use if it cannot even be used? Please take care of this problem. Once you do, please just leave it alone.

Upon launching 4shared with the new ios 14 update, it gets stuck on a white screen with no options to log in. Please fix.

Still no fix despite developers being “aware” of the issue. Started since new ios update. Not sure what they are doing

I’m not ranking 4shared a 5* until this is fix. I hate it when all music are uploads but some couldn’t play. I keep having to remove my music from account and clear cache and re-download it every-time! 4shared it getting very annoying although I’ve been using it for the past 5years+.

I've "saved" my files many times, & it does not save them to the device. I'm always having to save again & again. Please fix this. I appreciate the large file capacity though.

I’ve saved my files several times and it does not save it and another thing is that they crashes many times. I want you to fix this problems. Before I used to use 4shared and there wasn’t many problems like this.... pliz fix 4shared i want 4shared back to normal like before.

I have no issues with it until few months ago, when I click to add file none happened. I had to go to online website to upload my files there. Please fix that. I did download app to different device and it didn’t bring up to upload file to save, same problem.

The only feature I think would make 4shared better is if you could copy the files so you can put the same song or video in a different folder.

4shared worked great for the first week but after that it crashes every time I open it.

4shared is fantastic! I can play within 4shared or AirPlay almost any audio & video file from within 4shared flawlessly. And plus, they're not stingy about giving 15 GB of space for free. One of the best free cloud storage companies around, which is also the most underrated.

I love it! No issues or problems. It is true, make sure you login often. You will lose your stuff if you don’t.
