Won’t Stop Freezing

I just don’t understand why I see so many good reviews sure it works upon first downloading. But the moment I try to go on and use again, it almost immediately starts freezing and not working. I can’t open any single file. I can’t change the tab to look at what’s saved or anything else. It’s just crashing on me. And I haven’t been able to use the app since the very first time. Please fix this!
Freezing & crashing every time I try to open it

For the past year, I have hoped for the best however every update has NOT helped to resolve the issues of the app constantly crashing. This app used to be very useful back in 2018, but as of 2019 and 2020 it doesn’t seem to be functioning the same way and it freezes all the time. So sad and confused to what went wrong.

I think I have trie to swipe up and restart the app way too many times. I only installed it to download a hard to find program that I need. The only way the app will unfreeze is if I turn my iPad off and turn it back on. Then it works until I tap and it syncs to my photos. That makes the app freeze up. Why’s it got to be so difficult
