Fired up this calendar again thinking that after a year the developers would have had time to fix the issues of not being able to remove reoccurring events and now I find that my partner and I can’t even see any recent events that we have added. I would be happy to pay for a product that works, but seeing basic things not work (like deleting an event) make me doubt that it’s worth giving up money for Raft. Maybe I’ll consider it again if these are fixed within the next month, but I’m going to start looking for alternatives.

1) Doesn’t do the one thing it’s supposed to do which is create a shared partner calendar so you can see your individual events in one place. Everything has to be done manually and accepted which basically makes it worse than any other calendar app I’ve ever used. You can’t simply put something on both your mutual calendar???

I put a one star just so my review would be noticed but I got Raft a week ago and I have my best friend on it and it worked really good and I loved it. But I decided to put my boyfriend on it to and had him make an account and when I went to go search his name all it does is load. Forever. It won’t let me search anyone’s name and I tried deleting Raft and redownload it twice and it does the same thing. I’m so frustrated!!!!

My partner and I both have crazy work schedules and having a shared calendar app helps us keep things straight, plus the GIFs are cute - Raft has a lot of issues though. When I try to edit an existing event, Raft just glitches and quits. Sometimes my partner and I can’t see ANYTHING the other person has put in, even when we have it set to show the other person. Then we have to go back in and update or recreate the event in order for it to show up on the other’s calendar. Having a calendar together doesn’t really help if we have to constantly ask “can you see my work dates on the calendar this week? They’re XYZ” I’d also like to be able to put in locations and notes for the events - a feature to add addresses would help us a lot, as would a space to add notes like “remember gift,” “black tie,” etc. We might try a different app until this one gets some fine tuning.

Con when you’re editing an event. It also shows alerts even after you have checked them and cleared them. My boyfriend found Raft and we thought it would solve our scheduling issues… But it definitely needs some tweaking and updates to make it work better abs be more user friendly.

I simply want this app to import a calendar and share events automatically. My calendar updates often so it would be painful to go in and update each one individually in this app as well. Further, the invite process is clunky as the link doesn’t actually attach you to the person you invite, you must do it again once they register.

We like Raft and it is useful but we are running into many crashes. Like a lot. Nothing seems to trigger it, it just freezes. A fresh restart fixes the issue. I hope they can mitigate these issues asap. I will update as Raft updates with more stability .

My fiancé and I have been using Raft for maybe 6 months, and we’ve been loving it. It crashes from time to time and it sometimes doesn’t show the dates, but that’s rare. Recently, they removed the “invite” functionally in hopes that you pay for the service. If Raft was more consistent, it might be worth it, but it’s hard to justify paying when it isn’t 100%

just got Raft today I love everything and everything about it but my one problem is it has a glitch where every time I add an event it will stall and stay there and then lag me out of my app then I have to come back and it’s back. Everything else is fine it’s so easy to use and so easy to connect with friends love it so much please fix the glitch

I love the interface and how easy it is to share events. The big downside is the lack of any ability to create recurring events. I’d have to do it through google calendar and then add it one event at a time. If recurring events were added I would give 5 stars.

I installed Raft with no issues, but I attempted to create an account via email, phone number, AND Facebook several times each and would get an error message each time I had to verify my account. I’d love to use Raft if I could only log in.

Update: Thank you very much for your response, Fredrik — I’ve sent you an email and hope that my login issue can be resolved. Changed from 1 star to 3 stars because I’m very grateful for the communication! Would love to update to a higher rating if I can use and enjoy Raft !

I'm planning a trip with my husband for our first anniversary and was looking for an app that he and I could both use to keep track of our itinerary. I loved trying out Raft but unfortunately had to delete it because there was no place to put the location of everything :((( I really wanted to use Raft but not be able to put the location of each event I have on the calendar really defeated the purpose. I'll have to find another app for this reason

There’s some bug fixes that need to be taken care of but the pros outweigh the cons.

The user interface is one of the most attractive and user friendly out there, the customization is awesome as well.

I’ve tried a lot of calendars and this one is easy and visual enough that I actually use it without getting bogged down by text. I love that you can set custom images for events.

The only issue is its very annoying to type in the exact same events for every week. Things like work and class could be simplified by allowing us to input repeating events. Please add this feature to make this the perfect app!

It would also be incredibly helpful to favorite images to use as icons from the gify or web section, or automatically apply icons to reoccurring events ie. same icon for all work shifts. It would be an excellent quality of life update and make Raft easier to use.

It’s the best thing my partner and I could’ve thought of using. It’s better than the whiteboard on the fridge or the lousy alarms. Only reason for 4 stars is the lag and abrupt freezing. I live how easy it is to plan trips with friends. I do wish there was a way to see if plans overlap.

I really love Raft and all the little details behind showing events to certain people and some to myself. Also adding the gifs is an awesome touch! I just wish it had a widget to be able to put on my home screen like my other calendar app 😭

Unfortunately, we like to put our classes + the times we have so we can look on it to see which class each of us is in. I have the same classes everyday, and so does he. So it’s really tasking to put in the same things every single day.

I would LOVE if you guys added an option to add reoccurring events or if we could select all the dates this same event will happen again so we don’t have to keep putting the same things in everyday.

Other than that, Raft is amazing and I love how neat it looks plus the profile pictures, if you added a reoccurring event options then it’ll be perfect!!

Raft makes scheduling easier for my boyfriend and I and I love how you can set backgrounds for each event you have. It’s free and I highly recommend! Though I am still figuring out how to share my entire calendar with my boyfriend.

Such an easy way to share calendars with friends especially when everyone is so busy! Having the option to select which calendar and the ability to use all source calendars (gmail, iCloud) is gr at!

Bryce and I have busy lives. As busy creatives living in a eventful city this app has been so instrumental to our planning, communication and understanding! Plus the design and features are so cute and aesthetic. Love the fun gif and search options.

Simple to use. We tried others but they tried to add so many options that made them not user friendly

I can’t find a way to do a monthly view. Raft looks good, and I would like to try it out, but I need to see more than a week at a time. If there is, I will change my rating to a five.

It does have a monthly view. Quick response from the developer.

Finding and using this app has given our family the ability to keep track of our irregular schedules. Can’t imagine life without it.

Raft is fun and great and my co workers and I are having a blast updating our schedules while staying on top of important items and keeping eachother informed without actually having to call eachother.

Me and my girlfriend recently started to use Raft and we love it!! It’s so cute. The only thing I want to request and maybe I just don’t know how to do it cause I’m new to Raft is how to setup recurring dates. Thank you for your creative minds☺️
