Whoever decided to update ArsenalCreditUnion & remove the option to pay our credit card bill online was stupid. Now i have to call in (which i did call in but the money has still not been taken out of my account) or wait 5 days to make a external transfer into my checking account then another transfer to my credit card account. Im never late on my payments so all these extra loops to make payments is ridiculous.
The latest update is so slow theres no point in mobile banking anymore.
The PREVIOUS version was user friendly (intuitive!). The new one is NOT…..and it took weeks to get it going!
Won’t open on my I-14. Keeps timeing out
ArsenalCreditUnion will crash 4-5 times to make 1 deposit. If I have multiple checks it can take 15-20 minutes to get through them. Very frustrating. This has been happening for more than a year. You’d think they would have it fixed by now.
Consistency unreliable and slow. The old app was wonderful. I had used it for years without a glitch. New features being added to ArsenalCreditUnion such as a useless “are you a human” checkbox that errors out half of the time, app loading in to different account overview screens, transfers not successfully going through. ArsenalCreditUnion makes me fearful to do any online backing anymore.
Don’t know why they changed ArsenalCreditUnion . Old app was easier to use. New bill pay is a pain in the a!!
It was ugly but intuitive. Prettier doesn’t mean better.
ArsenalCreditUnion is commonly down or just won’t load account information. Individual features are also frequently down. ArsenalCreditUnion doesn’t give the robust functionality and features as compared to other banking apps.
Would love if you could see what payments are still pending or are outgoing. In addition what payments will be deducted automatically and when.
I don’t bank with Arsenal. Only have my car loan with them so for what I need it for, it’s perfect! Just go and check my loan amount and make sure my payment posted. It would be nice to be able to make my payment on ArsenalCreditUnion with my debit card which is the only downside for me. I live far from the branches so I have to mail in my payments or drive a distance to make my payment. It’s an inconvenience but hey, what can I do about it 🤷🏾♀️
Zelle is easy to access now.
This new app is so easy to use and love the credit score feature! I also like how I can see all my accounts in one place and it shows me my spending “budget.” I would recommend to anyone I know.
I love the new app! It’s loaded with way more features than the old app was, and it’s faster and more reliable! I love how my cards are in ArsenalCreditUnion , and monitoring my credit score, and the real time notifications! Depositing a check on the go is a breeze!! Thank you ACU for the new app!!
ArsenalCreditUnion works well, but trying to get the “perfect” picture of a check for E Deposit is next to impossible. Every time I try it, I spend 15-20 min taking pictures so I can use that specific functionality. Usually works ok with the front of the check, but the endorsement on the back is too sensitive.
The only thing that would help, if i can see my purchases on my credit card through ArsenalCreditUnion . Other banks that i have credit cards with, allow me to see the purchase which makes life very easy. Once I’m able to do that, I’ll definitely give it 5 stars.
