This is one of the worst credit unions ever. I went there twice now to pay my car payment. The bank teller gave me the wrong amount. The payment was three dollars short. I received a message that they were going to repo my car for $3. What a horrible institution. This should have been handled a lot better.

You can’t lock your card from NeighborsCreditUnion or website. You can’t even order a replacement card online but you can switch the order you see your account. No early direct deposit pending. Notifications comes days late if even at all. App was designed for the computer illiterate type. Needs more options.

This bank is the worst bank to bank it because their system is always down or there’s something going wrong every day. The lines are too long in the bank not enough people to work there and then they’re ATM system is trash and the new app they have us using never works properly. It keeps crashing.

NeighborsCreditUnion NEEDS a few fixes. Every time I try to transfer money it always says there’s an application error & that’s been happening to me for the past week. I can’t even transfer money between my accounts anymore. Please fix this...

This happens on their desktop site too. It’s nice to check my balance whenever I want but I can never transfer any money to any of my accounts. It always says “application error blah blah blah” and their site has the same problem. This has been going on for over a month now.

Great to have easy access to my account information but NeighborsCreditUnion & mobile texting sends notifications when it wants. My account would be robbed blind by the time I get a notification about a transaction on my account. I have another bank app & it send notifications each time my card is swiped, deposit is made & withdrawl.

I have an iPhone 12 and before I just updated it I could login with Face ID now I can’t and I don’t see no option in settings to change it back so I’m a little furious and confused on that part other than that I like NeighborsCreditUnion

Currently the system is down and I can’t access my check that’s supposed to be deposited into my account. This is VERY frustrating. I still like Neighbors but many people can’t afford to have a banking system be down for a few days. It’s unacceptable.

You guys need to upgrade the systems or something I don’t get my alerts when I swipe my debit card. And my withdrawals and deposits come in hours late if at all.

Why is there no card controls in NeighborsCreditUnion. Other credit unions provide this.

I love NeighborsCreditUnion it let me know what money is coming and where it coming from. I also love it because it let me know how much I’m spending and how much being taking out, it’s shows the balance and all my transactions. And I will know if my account is being tamper with. I never had a problem since I start using NeighborsCreditUnion. I willRecommend NeighborsCreditUnion to anyone

Always accurate and reliable! Wouldn’t know what to do without it!

It’s a Nice Option to Have if you’re very Busy to help you pay 💰 Bills 💸 and probably transfer money into another Account that you may have!!

The best bank

The neighbors app is very easy to use and reliable. Transactions post quickly and transfers between savings and checking accounts are immediate. I’ve had NeighborsCreditUnion for years.

It would be nice to know exactly when money will be deposited, such as the time frame. But other than that, NeighborsCreditUnion is overall great.

I can’t access my account I forgot my Unser name and password I don’t want to change but how do I access my account

App crashes constantly, I have an iPhone 7+ that updates automatically.
