fotor will not download edited photo to my macbook computer. I can put it in a "projects" file on fotor but that does me no good. I've never had this problem before with Fotor. If you tell me to reinstall, will I lose my PRO plan that I paid for in July, 2023? That is just not acceptible. But right now I can't use fotor...and I really need it. My iphone Fotor app is not working properly!?
Fotor photo editor worked fine for a while in my Windows 10 Pro, but suddenly stopped working. It won't load. The load spinner spins for a few seconds then disappears, that's it. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing but the same thing happens. Please advise. Thanks and bless, Dsl.
I cannot open my Fotor app. I have purchase the pro version but now I cannot use
I cannot access any pro+ features even though I am a member. It comes up with an option to log in or use Facebook to log in. I use the correct credentials, and the screen disappears. 1-3 seconds later the app locks back down to a basic account and asks me to log in over and over until about 3-4 times later, I get a 403 error message.
It is working anywhere but Google Chrome Canary. I need help!
I had to reinstall Windows so lost my Fotor installation which always worked before. I have downloaded the installation file for Fotor (twice) but when I try to open the installed program I get an error message and the code 0xc0000142.
I've uploaded your photo software on my new laptop & I tried to open it & it's comes back with an application error of "0xc0000142". It will not open up after double clicking it. I have a membership with Fotor on a monthly basis. Please advise.
