Reported this on the 14th of December. Have had no response. My puzzle pieces are different sizes of strange shapes, triangles, blocks, etc. please fix ASAP. I am losing points because I cannot work dated puzzles or do the required 1 or 2 day puzzles for coins. Please take care of this when you receive this request.

I already wrote today that Magic Puzzles shuts down just as soon as you even touch any key after loading it. I also wanted you to know that I already did the following: cleared my cache, rebooted my Windows 10 desktop, and even uninstalled and reinstalled it - losing all my accumulated points and data with it :-( Nothing helps at all. Please fix it. I meant to tell you that I really adore the new puzzle piece shapes!!!!

Could you please tell me why I can no longer get the Best of the Day puzzles that people post? And all of my downloaded puzzles have disappeared into thin air. Now we are only allowed to do one daily puzzle when we download the free “month” puzzle, plus we have to watch an ad if we can get it to play so that we can do this lone puzzle. Very disappointing what has happened to this app.

Previously I was able to play magic puzzles off line for instance, when I was on an airplane with no internet, on trains, buses etc but now I can only play on line. Also the ads are becoming beyond a joke. I have had to log out three times and I have barely started to do the puzzle. Once the add comes on, if I press the cross in the corner then it takes me to the App Store and not back to my puzzle. Very frustrating. So much so that I will look for a different puzzle app

I have used this app for years and suddenly you make it only available with internet access. Good way to lose customers. We travel a lot and this was a wonderful way to pass time in the car or plane, not to mention hotels without good fast internet connections, no longer available. You really want the VIP money I guess. Why bother having the adds then. Will move on to other apps who aren’t quite as greedy.

Your response for not allowing offline play is just bogus. For at least 5 years I have been using this app and allowed to play offline, deleting packs I no longer use or reuse. You say with the update you want to safe space on our devices, yet all those puzzles I got and downloaded and can no longer access are STILL on my device, you didn’t store them you just made them unavailable to open. My device storage for your puzzles, supposedly on iCloud, is 1.2GB, funny how that doesn’t really safe on storage. What you want is the $100 annual fee period, then what I downloaded and is ON my computer, BEFORE your new iCloud idea will be available to me. Tell it like it is not a lie. You may not no longer download, but what was purchased or downloaded before the update, is just that downloaded but not accessible, without the fee.

Last upgrade was a huge flop!

I love this puzzle game but since the last "upgrade" to supposedly fix some "glitches" it has been a nightmare. It has always had some issues with freezing up now and then but it is now ridiculous. I usually have to restart it an average of five or six times in the course of doing two puzzles. Shame on the developers for releasing this dog of an "upgrade." Hopefully they will fix it soon. If it weren't for the excessive freezing I would have rated it much higher.

Over two months later and several updates not much has changed. The app doesn't freeze up as much but in order to transition from a completed puzzle to a new puzzle you pretty much have to close the app and then reopen it. Also doesn't always open on the first try and you have to try again. I am not going to uninstall and reinstall as I have no confidence that I will get back any of the puzzle packs I paid for and I am not going to put myself in the position of having to fight with them over it. Other reviews have indicated that this has happened. As far as I am concerned, it is the developer's responsibility to ensure the game functions properly. It is not up to me to jump through hoops in hopes of getting it to work right. Prior to the July debacle this game was great and ran smoothly. I am still holding out hope that they can fix this and once again have a great app.

So so frustrated.

The pieces freeze up on every puzzle I do sometimes for several seconds, sometimes for longer so I just have to look away or be doing something else on a different device until it decides to get unstuck. I deal with that thinking it’s just slow. Sometimes I can’t get on it at all,and/or sometimes it just keeps blacking out altogether so then I try over and over to get back on the app;but other times I just have to give up and not play. I have it on my apple 8phone and my iPad. It’s worse on the iPad which is where I like to play it because screen is larger. I build up so much frustration with all the problems that I’m worse off than when I started to play which is the opposite of why I wanted to play in the first place.....because puzzles are relaxing for me. If only, if only it would work. Honestly I very rarely get all the way through a 72 pc puzzle without a hitch. Tell me why is that. Can others who’ve had these same reviews please tell me how it ever gets even a little better for you? I’ve Never seen any difference after an update. I’ve been “Frustrated”ever since I ever got this app. I’ve found other apps that work but I only like these beautiful colorful Magic Puzzle. “ I beg my puzzle to please please work for me today. Amen”.🙁
