I put off updating my game (& my iOS)until it froze on the loading screen and wouldn’t load up anymore. As I hadn’t changed anything on my end that leads me to believe that somehow on your end you did something that forced me to update... maybe in the same way that other items (boxes advertising your puzzles, events and other games that you own) just magically appear in my game in between updates. You know, the boxes have a delayed button that you have to wait until it shows up before you can close it. Imagine that? Next issue. Coins that can’t be used to buy any but the oldest most awful puzzle packs. I don’t think I’d even download those if they were in the free section. Which just makes the 40k plus coins I have worthless. The puzzle pack selection that are offered for coins haven’t changed in over 6 months... probably more like 9 months. I’ve basically given up. I don’t even care to look at what you offer in the puzzle store anymore. Which brings me to the latest update, where the puzzle shrinks down really small when you get to the last puzzle piece. It’s horrible! I wear bifocals and have problems with things that flash or are too bright. This little flashing piece (that I managed to drop on top of my little bitty puzzle) is unbelievably irritating. I thought the game was pretty much perfect when I downloaded it almost 2 years ago. I don’t know how you manage, but every update makes the game a little worse. I’m really disappointed.

I’ve been playing this app for years. But i am seriously considering deleting it. You went and changed everything and now its horrible. First of all why didnt you leave the bar on the bottom with the time and the lock button, and puzzle preview....etc. You went and put it on the side. You have to bring it up every time you want to do something, including locking the board; even looking to see the timer. Then you have to x it out when you start the puzzle because it takes up so much room. Then, when you click the scatter button it scatters the pieces so far away that you spend five minutes rounding them up so they are all together on the screen and not so far off of the screen and into the corners. And now when you make the screen bigger, the pieces become huge. The last piece of the puzzle that sparkles is stupid too. And dont get me started on the coins. You might as well get rid of it. Everyone says the same thing and so do i - i have all these coins saved up and there is never anything to buy. And the few that are available are all packs that no one would want. Why did you mess with a good thing? Please turn it back to the way it was. If you wont at least give people the option of the new update or keeping it the way it is. I’m so disappointed. I used to do a few puzzles a day and buy the packs. But now it isnt even fun to do one. I guess ill take my money elsewhere.

I love the puzzling features of this app—you can do with rotation or not, scatter prices to the outside, and sort out the edges only to get started. I love that you can do any puzzle with any amount of pieces that you wish and that you can create your own custom puzzles from a photo on your device. But what I HATE about it is the constant and persistant advertisements and other promotional “games” that it forces you to play and to watch. SUPER distracting and annoying. You have to do so many clicks and wait for so many ads to play and when it has trouble accessing an ad right away you have to wait for it to cylce back through until it can access one and play it through. I like to do puzzles to relax and unwind and the way they’ve thrown in all these ads and other mandatory games/challenges, it just distracts and stresses me out more than anything. Needs to give an option to pay to completely eradicate advertisements, and it needs to give the option to OPT out of the extra challenges and events. I just want to be able to do the puzzles from the puzzle packs that I have purchased and not have to be bogged down with everything else. It almost seems ridiculous that I have paid for certain puzzle packs, yet I STILL have to wait through all the ads and extras. I feel like since I have PAID for several puzzle packs, I should then get the option to opt out of having to see any and all ads!!!
