Magic Jigsaw Puzzles－Games HD Reviews

I love this game! It offers an excellent interface for all your jigsaw puzzle needs. The packs are reasonably priced (perhaps could be a bit cheaper), and you have access to photo puzzles from pictures submitted by people around the world. I would be giving this game 5 Stars, but a couple weeks ago they launched an update that got rid of the daily bonus game. Now you must watch a video to receive a bonus, and they took away my favorite bonus, the boosters. You can use boosters to give you different kinds of hints for your game. Now you can no longer win a booster, even after watching a video ad. Bring back the old daily bonus and I will make sure a 5 star rating is edited back into my review, but without it this game is simply another nickel and dime advertising farce and worth only 2 Stars. EDIT: Upon reading reviews that criticize this very same issue I notice that the developer does not address the issue at all, instead every comment gets the same reply, thanking us for our review and expressing gratitude we play the game. I don’t expect a personal reply, but it would be nice to get a form letter at least tailored to my concerns.

I love this puzzle game but since the last "upgrade" to supposedly fix some "glitches" it has been a nightmare. It has always had some issues with freezing up now and then but it is now ridiculous. I usually have to restart it an average of five or six times in the course of doing two puzzles. Shame on the developers for releasing this dog of an "upgrade." Hopefully they will fix it soon. If it weren't for the excessive freezing I would have rated it much higher.

Over two months later and several updates not much has changed. MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD doesn't freeze up as much but in order to transition from a completed puzzle to a new puzzle you pretty much have to close MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD and then reopen it. Also doesn't always open on the first try and you have to try again. I am not going to uninstall and reinstall as I have no confidence that I will get back any of the puzzle packs I paid for and I am not going to put myself in the position of having to fight with them over it. Other reviews have indicated that this has happened. As far as I am concerned, it is the developer's responsibility to ensure the game functions properly. It is not up to me to jump through hoops in hopes of getting it to work right. Prior to the July debacle this game was great and ran smoothly. I am still holding out hope that they can fix this and once again have a great app.

UPDATE: They finally offered a reasonably priced ad-free app, and I took advantage of it asap. Now I can finally enjoy my puzzles in peace once again!!

MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD is generally nice, but there have been so many changes over the last couple of years that make it basically unplayable at times. There used to be a free option to show edge pieces only but now you have to pay for that. Most of the backgrounds are now available by pay only. The worst - absolute WORST - thing about MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD is the constant popping up of animated ads to buy other apps. You have to either close and reopen MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD (which is what I do) or let it play out for however long it goes and it's constantly interrupting the game and is MADDENING. Closing and reopening MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD only works temporarily and a few minutes later, the game is interrupted by another full screen animated ad. I would be willing to pay for MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD to have an ad-free experience, but the only options are monthly charges of $20 or $100/year, which is absolutely INSANE. I'm going to find another puzzle app, as this one ruins any relaxing experience for doing puzzles.

Recently I have been very disappointed with the quality of MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD! Trying to get to my recent puzzle is a trial os waiting! I understand the need for ads,but they are interrupting the puzzle! Then they take a long pause before they disappear ! Then they tend to freeze or boot me out all together from MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD which starts the whole process again! I have loved MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD in the past and hope that it will improve ,,,,,sooooon! Now ,2years later, my rating holds true! I must open MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD from 2times up to 6 times before it holds and I can play! Then, the commercials close MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD without me doing anything! Very time consuming and What a tiresome! I do love the puzzles, and the missions! I feel the volume of players must be contributing to the wait times,and perhaps more servers are essential! After being frustrated with freezing and being booted out,up to 4-6 times each puzzle,MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD support suggested I reboot MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD and open it again! WOW! I am again very pleased with Magic Jig Saw Puzzle! It works quickly and easily! Thank you app support team! So very happy!
What a CHANGE, I am back to beautiful puzzles! I recommend MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD for all ages!

I love MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD. (Well, almost. Read on.) The ability to customize-- number of pieces and rotation option-- makes for just the right level of challenge for what ever mood I'm in. And working without a picture guide makes it that much more challenging. I mostly stick with the daily puzzles, but there are lots of other picture and subjects to suit any taste. And levels to conquer with sharable results for those who like a little competition.

BUT... I play for the puzzles. I do not want “challenges” or “missions.” They have nothing to do with what I enjoy about a jigsaw puzzle. And what is the point of earning coins if they buy nothing? When I started using MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD, I could use in-game coins to buy more puzzle packs or purchase premium backgrounds. But the backgrounds I purchased are no longer available unless I subscribe. And premium puzzle packs are only available with legal tender.

Today I cannot even opt out of the paid premium game offer. Every time I touch a piece, the subscription offer comes up. And there is no “no thanks” button. I close the offer splash screen, move a piece, and repeat. Why pretend anything here is free if we can’t even get to the puzzle without subscribing?

I have one complaint about the actual gameplay itself, that is just that you can’t zoom in. I have an iphone 7 regular not a plus, and my eyes aren’t great so it takes a lot of straining to see the muted background. I would really love to zoom in and out at will. I’d like to have the option of maybe 2 or 3 different zooms (I can’t think of how else to say that.) if I’m playing a 630 piece puzzle as I do it would be nice to zoom in once or twice, then zoom out and choose the section I want to work on instead of having it chosen for me. That would make this game soo much better.
The other thing not dealing with actual game play is how little coins you get for the puzzles and how much new packs cost. I would expect 32 coins for the small puzzles and something closer to $100 for a 630 piece puzzle that takes hours. The experience points are minimal as well. That said it’s still the best puzzle game and I enjoy it a lot.

Update as you can see the developer response. That’s nice that ipad users can zoom puzzles other than 630 pieces, but I use my iphone and always play 630 puzzles. There is no zoom available on the iphone. I can’t choose which portion of the puzzle I want to work on either. I would play on an ipad if I had one.

I’ve had this puzzle software for about a year, and I absolutely love it. There are tons of puzzles, and if you buy a pack you’ll never run out of good puzzles. The game is easy for beginners because you can select the size and number of pieces, and you can select whether the pieces are oriented as they will be place, or you can select an option to rotate them yourself by tapping on the piece. You have to move the puzzle piece to the board in order to rotate them, and yes, it would be nice if you could rotate them in the column of pieces, but that’s a minor issue. This game is also excellent for advanced players because you can set the number of pieces to up to 500. This number will give you a good challenge. I typically play with the setting where I have to rotate the pieces and I play with the max number of pieces and it’s very challenging. It’s equivalent to a 1000 piece puzzle out of a box in difficulty. Some puzzles are pretty easy because there are lots of colors, and some puzzles are difficult because the have a relatively consistent background. In that case you have to rely on the shape when looking for pieces. This is one of my favorite apps on my iPad.

I love the puzzles!!!!! I love the graphics!!!!! I love the colors!!!!! I love the themes!!!!!! I love everything EXCEPT..... I’ll be nice and relaxed and things are going great ... then it never fails!!!!!! It freezes up!!!!!!! For either a few seconds later or a few minutes later it unfreezes.... So I’m getting relaxed again and BOOM it freezes again!!!!! I’ve tried everything to prevent it.... go slower, hum along with the music..... all my other games, etc are closed out so this program is the only one on my desktop...... I’m even holding my tongue/mouth a certain way.... I have closed it out, waited and try again.... then, ok I get out of the program and even turn my phone off for a few minutes, sometimes longer and then try again and open up the puzzle I was working or sometimes I’ll try a different puzzles.... Guess What?? NOTHING I have tried has prevented it!!!! I have done a lot of puzzles and almost all are 630 pieces.... I have purchased puzzles and used my coins to get puzzles..... Is there anything you can do about this????? I work them to relax, not get aggravated..... is there anything I can do????? I don’t want to stop, but it’s not worth the aggravation every single time I play!!!!!!! Please advise me.............

I have had this game for a long, long time. Now what did you do to it? I put in a few pieces, an add comes up and I can’t get out of it. What is the meaning of the stripes on some of the background colors and why do they always turn to black. You all had such a great game and now I can’t play it unless I keep closing down my computer and bringing it back up. Please help me I want to go back to my 5 star game. DEAR MAJIC PUZZLE, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I AM BACK TO THE GREAT PUZZLES YOU HAD BEFORE. NOW YOU’VE GOT 5 STARS AGAIN!!!! I’m back to 1 star and you really don’t deserve that. I can’t even see the puzzle. What the heck are you guys doing? Everything was good before you all started messing with it. Please go back to the original. 2/18. I haven’t been playing this much anymore because I can’t choose which puzzle I want to play and I can’t bring up any of the daily puzzles. My screen just goes white now. The only way I can get a puzzle is to choose from the list that comes down. Then I have no choice of picture or size. I have to take what I get. It’s really a shame. I enjoyed Magic Jigsaw Puzzles so much before all the upgrades.

Nothing appears to have changed since my last review. The advertising gimmicks are still disruptive and frequently fail to pay off after watching the advertisement (and the longer the ad, the more likely no payoff). I paid quite some time ago to remove ads and they have come back in a very disruptive way.

The puzzles are nice and the play is well done. The barrage of offers before and after puzzle play is tiresome, especially given how often the “watch this and get a reward failed. Dropping the rating because even more often watching a video grants no reward afterwards. The promotions seem erratic, prompting to watch a video that may or may not play and then failing to deliver anything after watching the video. I would prefer it if there were fewer adds and special offers popping up constantly (I paid to get it add free some time ago). There are relatively few puzzles of people, which I enjoy and there used to be more. The variety of puzzle pieces seem pretty limited — at a given resolution, it seems to be new images mapped onto the same base puzzle design — it may be flipped or mirrored, but the puzzle pieces appear to be the same every time.

I have been playing this for years and have spent REAL MONEY on some of these puzzle and now I can’t download unless I pay your subscription fee! That’s a rip off! Change it back the way it was. I got a new phone and now I cannot download any of my puzzles like I use to be. I don’t have unlimited data and so now I can’t play unless I’m in wifi. Disrespectful and greedy decision towards your faithful players. Allow downloads back for the packs that were purchased and rightfully MINE.

UPDATED: developer responded almost immediately after review. Thank you! For that alone, I give 5 stars! I am definitely one to jump at things when I do not like the change. If you open the puzzle in wifi you can then play offline. I have not tried this, but if it works like that, then I’m back to MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD being great again! The puzzles are gorgeous! Just start a few puzzles so you have them for the trips when you won’t have wifi. Still wish I could download them like I use to and not have to be VIP but change is change and you go with it.

I have enjoyed this puzzle for a long time. Lately it has been freezing up and usually right when I’m doing really well. When it goes to the video ad it stays there with no X to get out. This has happened once in awhile at first and I delete and reload MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD . I’m able to restore a lot of my puzzles. Now this is happening almost after every completed puzzle. Is there some sort of clue on how to stop this from happening? Is it because I am saving too many puzzle packages after they are completed? Sometimes I like to go back to some of the old puzzles and redo it in a different difficulty level. It’s very relaxing to do these puzzles but this is like throwing a wrench in the works.
Another thing I thought was maybe because I’m not purchasing anything. When I do puzzles I like to save up points in order to get more puzzles. Maybe this isn’t an ok thing to do. Hopefully that’s not the case. If it is the case, I would like to know as it’s very frustrating when it just freezes up and ends my games right in the middle of them.

I would love to give this game 5 stars but they have made some changes that have somewhat lessened the enjoyment I once had. First they’ve added a hint/power up feature but it sits over the puzzle and you have to wait for it to count down to zero to continue with the puzzle of its over an area you were working on. Second you used to be able to pick one song and have it loop, but now it just plays a playlist of songs some of which I find not relaxing. Third if you are making a higher piece amount for a puzzle every so often you get coins for passing a certain number of pieces. When this happens you’re forced to also watch an ad before resuming puzzle. Of course there’s always the pay this amount for no ads, but if you’re cheap like me and don’t want to waste the money on this then you’re stuck with the ads in the middle of making a puzzle. So like I said as much as I would want to give this 5 stars those 3 factors make me drop it to 4. On a positive note though the puzzle are fun and earning coins means at some point you can get a new whole set of puzzles in an endless amount of categories.

This week alone I have had to delete MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD and reload it to get it out of a frozen mode. When this happens I have to reload my paid puzzles and since I don’t keep a list and MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD does not really allow me to see which puzzles I have already worked, I have to then search for puzzles that I have not worked yet. I don’t know what changed with MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD but something did. Even the way the puzzle piece move is different. Following here is my previous review: I still think it is a great app but would love to see you fix the problems.

MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD is the greatest ever. If you need a way to relax that takes your brain hostage, that takes you away from everything that happened for the whole day…..then this is what you should do every day. You can get lost in every puzzle. Enjoy it to the fullest. Great app…Enjoy all the bonus pop up and the two and three day challenges for the extra stars, etc. Everyone needs to have MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD to calm their day and take focus off what is going on in the world today. Very relaxing!!!

MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD has a few nice features such as multiple music selections to choose from. Also, like being able to scatter pieces & even select to show puzzle edges only if you prefer to work your frame first. I like that I can put a piece back in side pocket if I need to get it out of the way. Fairly nice app & I know if something is free that you can’t be very picky but I just wish that they would offer more holiday puzzles free during the holiday months & slightly nicer free puzzle pictures. It would be even nicer if we could see pictures in the free monthly puzzle pack so we could choose which ones we wanted to spend our time working. Please fix gifting as everyone is right the ads/gifts are not working at all right now. They haven’t in quit a while.

In response to developers reply about ads; it seems they are unwilling to admit there is a problem with the ads. They rarely ever worked. I finally deleted app due to ad problem. When all your reviewers are telling you the ads are not working you should listen because that means they are not working at all; or so rarely that most of the users never saw them work.

I recommend MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD. I play a few nights a week. I enjoy games and this one is enjoyable. I like jigsaw puzzles in real life. I get a a small thrill finishing a puzzle. They have some really great puzzle pictures and some I would find painfully slow to attempt (not enough colors or shapes) but that is a puzzlers puzzle preference so I can say that there is a preference. It is a little hard to see the biggest puzzle of 550 pieces out on the board but on the side bar it magnifies it and also you can blow up the puzzle so you can see the pieces in that section better. I mostly play for free but I have bought a few puzzle packs only cause I liked those set of puzzles but you earn coins for solving so I’ve been able to get packs using the coins I earned so I think it would be really easy to play for free if that’s a consideration. The packs I have bought were real cheap like $3 or $5 for like 30 or more puzzles so it definitely seemed worth it. Happy gaming! I play on an iPad mini and I’ve had no issues with game play. I have been playing on MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD for multiple years.

Thank you for all your work to make MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD so challenging, smooth & fun! I have a brain issue that impaired my photographic memory and MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD has helped me improve that so much! I allow myself to look at the photo once, focusing on the completed puzzle and then observing different details before I start. About a year ago I had to keep bringing up the photo, sometimes to try to remember what I was even working on. Now I can even do a few 550-piece puzzles after only the first time I study it. You’ll hopefully never know what a joy it is to be able to measure your brain’s power to reroute around demyelination. I’m just grateful!

Only two little suggestions: I’d love to be able to zoom in on the preview picture. There isn’t an option to do that at any time, and it doesn’t help to be able to enlarge the pieces if I can’t see the finished puzzle as closely. Also, it would be fabulous if there were a scrolling arrow to the right of the puzzle column so I could see where I am in the column. I hope that makes sense. Thanks again for such a great product!

The pieces freeze up on every puzzle I do sometimes for several seconds, sometimes for longer so I just have to look away or be doing something else on a different device until it decides to get unstuck. I deal with that thinking it’s just slow. Sometimes I can’t get on it at all,and/or sometimes it just keeps blacking out altogether so then I try over and over to get back on MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD ;but other times I just have to give up and not play. I have it on my apple 8phone and my iPad. It’s worse on the iPad which is where I like to play it because screen is larger. I build up so much frustration with all the problems that I’m worse off than when I started to play which is the opposite of why I wanted to play in the first place.....because puzzles are relaxing for me. If only, if only it would work. Honestly I very rarely get all the way through a 72 pc puzzle without a hitch. Tell me why is that. Can others who’ve had these same reviews please tell me how it ever gets even a little better for you? I’ve Never seen any difference after an update. I’ve been “Frustrated”ever since I ever got MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD. I’ve found other apps that work but I only like these beautiful colorful Magic Puzzle. “ I beg my puzzle to please please work for me today. Amen”.🙁

I have used MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD for years and suddenly you make it only available with internet access. Good way to lose customers. We travel a lot and this was a wonderful way to pass time in the car or plane, not to mention hotels without good fast internet connections, no longer available. You really want the VIP money I guess. Why bother having the adds then. Will move on to other apps who aren’t quite as greedy.

Your response for not allowing offline play is just bogus. For at least 5 years I have been using MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD and allowed to play offline, deleting packs I no longer use or reuse. You say with the update you want to safe space on our devices, yet all those puzzles I got and downloaded and can no longer access are STILL on my device, you didn’t store them you just made them unavailable to open. My device storage for your puzzles, supposedly on iCloud, is 1.2GB, funny how that doesn’t really safe on storage. What you want is the $100 annual fee period, then what I downloaded and is ON my computer, BEFORE your new iCloud idea will be available to me. Tell it like it is not a lie. You may not no longer download, but what was purchased or downloaded before the update, is just that downloaded but not accessible, without the fee.

I would give this five stars, but I have a huge issue with the ads. These greedy developers find it necessary to bombard you with ads, even while browsing their shop!!! I clicked on a puzzle pack I wanted to buy and an ad popped up!! I can understand an ad before or after completing a puzzle, but even while scrolling through the shop they spewed ad after ad. Unacceptable. Then when reading through the help guide, not only did they continue to assault me with ads, but I found out that the only way to get rid of the ads is by purchasing the 5 dollar golden deal, which includes three puzzle packs I have no interest in. Most apps will remove ads with any real money purchase, but this one requires you to buy puzzles you don’t want for 5 dollars and then you have to pay another 3-5 dollars on top of that for the puzzle pack you do want. What’s more is that while you are working on the puzzle, they deliberately place the ad banner right next to the puzzle pieces, and I have accidentally clicked on the ad multiple times while trying to grab a puzzle piece. And guess what happens after you close the ad you accidentally loaded and try to reload your puzzle? Yep, another ad. Greedy, greedy developers!!!

MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD is great and could be awesome except for one small issue which really irks me. I like to organize my pieces and then work on the puzzle. However, each and every time I’m done, the pieces become all jumbled up after I either rotate my puzzle to get another viewpoint or I exit MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD . This is extremely frustrating. I hope MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD ’s makers see this and work to correct this. I definitely would give MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD 5 stars if they did. Below are the other reasons why:

The sheer volume of puzzles that are available is wonderful. You have a choice of making the puzzles extremely easy or more difficult, either by using rotation or selecting more pieces (24 to 630). I also can allow my iPhone to rotate and get an enlarged viewpoint of the area I am working on. I can start several puzzles, working on different ones at a time. The paid version has two trays (while the free version has ads in the second tray’s area). You can subscribe to an unlimited number of puzzles or buy puzzles as you go, with either coins earned watching ads or leveling up or by outright purchasing them with real money. Additionally, you can upload your own photos. Once uploaded, you can share them in the puzzle community and download other’s puzzles. You can like and comment on other people’s puzzles. You can print your puzzles and pay for to be them sent to you framed for your wall. I am certain that I have left something off. Check it out if you love jigsaw puzzles!

I have always loved jigsaw puzzles, but hate having to give up table space for long periods of time, leaving the puzzle I was working on at the mercy of family members messing things up, pieces lost, etc. The online version avoids all of that. And what a bargain! For something like $4.99 you get the ad-free version, no pop ups, plus you can create your own puzzles from pictures in your library, upload your pictures so others can create puzzles from them, a free puzzle daily, plus extra free puzzles as rewards for solving a certain number of puzzles. Each time you open a puzzle you get a prize, either coins which you can save up to buy more puzzles, or else free hints and so forth. I don't use the hints, and one puzzle a day is way more than I
typically can solve, so I never have to buy any more. Plus you get 32 coins each time you solve a puzzle. I've now got enough coins to buy almost any puzzle pack I want. What more could anyone ask? The only suggestion for improvement I have is that it would use be nice if the puzzles were named, as it would be nice to know what I'm looking at, especially landscapes and buildings.

There is something very relaxing and challenging about a jigsaw puzzle. MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD covers the spectrum of super easy to quite challenging. A few pieces or hundreds, always right side up or turned every which way, MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD has you covered. The selection of pictures is vast, you get a free monthly pack, earn/buy coins to purchase other puzzle packs,and you can also upload your own photos to piece together. You can share your photo puzzle with just friends or globally. MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD has been my go-to favorite for over two three years now. It has only gotten better.

I'm not sure how folks are having problems with their app. Not discounting their experience, but I have never had a problem. I have had MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD for years and kept up on all of the updates. Still no issues. I can't say that every change is awesome, but they have to make money somewhere. It is a free app with in-app purchases. Any one who plays or uses free apps knows that this means ads. The ads are not disruptive during play. I still recommend MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD with a full five stars! 😊

I have sent numerous reviews.. I love doing puzzles.. What happened to the left side where we can send pieces.. I like it better then both on the right side.. The only gripe I have is who does the monthly puzzles?? This is August and it's back to school time or getting into fall crops or country pictures... No where near what we get is based on the month upcoming events..
I'll add another comment ..Not everyone can afford to buy puzzles or coins..The amounts per each size of the game doesn't help us achieve and points to buy any puzzles. Used to have more free puzzles but now you've raised the amounts to high..and for those of us with glasses sure wish you'd adjust the size of the piece a tad more.
Nov.6,2018.. I do not like the two sided places for the pieces. As we get older we like the piece to be a tad bigger.. Plus the fact that it's very costly to buy any puzzles..And what is the lightning rod thingy for? I love putting puzzles together but this latest upgrade has it freezing and some of the ones I've completed doesn't show they are unless I've clicked on it and it shows completed.I don’t like the new way of getting coins. Most of the time there’s no adds to show..so no earning tokens..

I’ve tried all the jigsaw puzzle apps out there, and this is by far the best one. Great pics, reasonable upgrade fee for no ads - but great to try for free. I’ve had MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD for many years and have done a Ton of puzzles for free. And I’m not sure if it’s the upgrade - but you do not need to be connected to do puzzles that you’ve downloaded. They have a monthly mystery puzzle for free - one for each day. Pretty views with a decent variety and you can change the background color mid-way very easily. You can also enlarge the area you’re working on for greater detail. It’s a great way to pass the time on flights. Highly recommend. The only teensy recommendation I have is the ability to enlarge the photo after you’ve done the puzzle. There are so many beautiful and interesting photos. Afterwards there have been a number of times where I wanted to go back and look at one in detail again - but the only option is to start the puzzle over. Adding the option to view it larger would be nice. :) Otherwise - it’s flawless.

I love doing regular jigsaw puzzles, but this kind is even better cause you don't have clean it all up before and after! The only thing I don't like is how easily the whole puzzle moves while you move the pieces around, and that I bought the "no ads" on one iPad, but it didn't carry over to my iPad mini. But even that's not a biggie. It still earned five stars! I love the landscapes the best. Just gorgeous!
May 18, 2017....Still love doing these. Found kittens. Better than landscapes! I'm really enjoying, but the whole puzzle still moves around when I move pieces around. Hoped this would be fixed by now. Still 5 ⭐️ though for the puzzles.
August 12, 2017.....why can't I access the program through MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD I have on my homepage? Now I have to go into MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD Store and open it from there. Help!!!

Update March 18, 2019.....I loved doing these puzzles before cause they were so relaxing. Lately they keep getting harder and harder and are no longer relaxing, but rather harrowing! Everything else seems to be working fine, just the caliber of the puzzles!

My puzzle was working great, until you upgraded to this latest version, that I did not ask for! I had just purchased two new puzzle packs, you took the money but no puzzles! I lost all my puzzles, instead of getting a new and improved version, this is a total flop! When I open it, everything is gone and in their place are several puzzle packs I would never buy and you offer nothing good! You took a perfectly good app and destroyed it along with my money! Either fix it or return my money and we will part company!!! An example of what you did, when you click on a puzzle, like you used to do, it asks if you want to play that puzzle! Kinda stupid question, if you clicked on it you obviously want to solve that puzzle! Why can’t you have just left a perfectly good app alone!!! Please return MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD to the original version, or delete MagicJigsawPuzzlesGamesHD completely! I can’t see anyone being able to play this god for nothing program you have now! You have left as is, it WAS great! Not now!!!
