I can’t even get in. It doesn’t recognize any of my correct information. I’ve been in multiple times before, but not now. Also, the app won’t even appear as an app on my phone. I have to go to the App Store and open it from there. Yes, it’s supposedly downloaded as it gives me the option to open. Try to put your info in to reset your PW? Forget it. I hate this app. Since it doesn’t even appear as an app, I can’t even figure out how to delete it and start over.
Embarrassing

For a financial company to put out such an app should be totally embarrassed. I would have given 0 stars if I could have. The only plus is that you get a picture of your total assets, but can’t use what you see to make any financial decisions. I would strongly suggest Ameriprise take a look at apps like SigFig, Schwab etc. Final kicker, when you try to log out, you get a message if your sure you want to sign out and the app freezes, not allowing you to log out.
No longer works on iPhone

Used to be a handy app to have on my iPhone. After an update it started giving a message saying “Failed to load configuration settings” and gets stuck in an endless loop with that message. Deleting and re-installing the app did not help. An app that never loads is not useful!
Fast forward several months- app STILL will not work. Now I cannot even sign into to app. I am able to log into my account on the website - but not the app. Worthless!!
