Terrible, terrible UX (user experience) on the site. Absolutely abysmal.
The site forces you to enter an address prior to making an order. So now you can only see restaurants that are within your vicinity. But what if I want a specific restaurant that's further away? No can't do!
And if I try to circumvent by making it a "pickup" so I can maybe leave a comment (as the restaurant suggested I do themselves)? Nope, no place to leave a comment. So I tried to make the order anyways and I figured i'd communicate with the restaurant by phone. But the order wouldn't go through - one card apparently wasn't accepted, because after trying a number of times to add the card, I received no indication whatsoever that the card was declined, so I was left to assume that was the case. I finally tried a different card which was accepted, but when I wanted to finalize the order I was stuck on an infinite loading screen with a small text message that an error occurred and that I must contact the site administrator.
So this hungry consumer tried the chat "feature". Well, you can see the other reviews to get an understanding of how that went down.
