The worst application in the world
Got very bad service from תןביס support after a very late order.
Despite the good selection of restaurants on תןביס they still manage to make it a bad app through poor user interface and horrible customer support and service.
I ordered food after I saw that that same restaurant has a menu online with an option to order. All items were more expensive on the 10bis menu
4 times I tried to place an order - 3 times the chat support didn’t have a clue what to do.
Wolt has 1000x Better User experiences and excellent choice of restaurants.
Impossible to reach a customer service representative. Awful experience.

Your app isn't working. It won't register any cards and sends errors even though one has ordered more that the required amount. Fix your bugs in hungry.

For a start, why a tracker is an extra feature for a restaurant to pay for in order to show it? Nonetheless, when ever it’s available it never shows the correct route or time until it arrives. Also, some other features, such as splitting the bill using two different cards, while integrated good enough to the website, is a pretty nightmare when it comes to תןביס itself.
App is somewhat easy to use but please add a way to favorite restaurants and have them all under one list.

I love sushi and I was born in California and raised in Louisiana! I’ve had nothing but incredible high quality sushi/sashimi back in the states. So far Umami has not only the cheapest price in Israel but has the highest quality and quality for your buck! Great fresh tasting fish and great sushi chef. Recommend for anyone to take out and enjoy. They are installing a bar for beverages now👍
