Hi, I have changed my phone and cannot seem to sign in to the app! When I go into the app it immediately tells me that my user name/password is incorrect!! I have just re-subscribed and I am now starting to get very frustrated with this. Please help..... my contact number is: 07519112829.
The app will not allow me to get the monthly subscription for your plus service. I am unsure if my payment has gone through. Looks like some kind of server error. When I try to create a new account it comes up with an error.

L'application s'ouvre en m'avertissant que mon mot de passe n'a pas été reconnu alors que mon nom s'affiche à l'écran? Merci pour vos solutions. Cordialement.
i have tried several times without success please help.... i paid for your app in June cant find it in any e-mails, to send it in your Q&A but each time i put in my email address it rejects it, but when i try to set up a new account it says you are log in , i cant put in my password or put i have forgotten password either. it rejects that also..... i have used the app several times and find it great!] then all of a sudden it has gone off my i pad....

The app does not pay attention to the units setting or language setting of the device (both are easy to do in programming). The settings page in the app allows for selection of language but not units.
The comments I found in the few Northeast US locations are in French. Useful for French Canadians, I’m sure.
Overall, found this app unsuitable for my needs.

Terrible update makes app unusable

One of our most used and beloved app. Why on earth would you ruin it like this ? We’re on a 3 month trip and can’t even use it anymore... on any of our phones (iPhone 8 - iPhone 11 Pro) ! Update: app is now stable with good network, keep being buggy and crashing on slow/unstable networks
what people love and need about this type of app is Stability. Not new shiny buggy designs. Please fix this or revert to previous stable version ASAP
