I am using baha app 4.1.1 on both ipad and iphone and neither are loading stock data since yesterday.

Profit percentage not correct, jumps high than low again, some stocks not showing after that.. is this a recent error and what can I do to solve it? Even had a one time problem that whole wallet showed empty..

How to fix baha app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the baha app on iPhone
Update baha app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall baha iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix baha on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve baha network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

baha Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix baha not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the baha App
1. On android, goto Settings » baha » click [Force Stop]

Update baha to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear baha App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » baha » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart baha.

Fix baha unable to contact server/ baha internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click baha » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto baha » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch baha
