See copied email. I don't understand. I am simply a user who saves recipes and various craft ideas. This website is getting to be a pain with all of its pop up ads ,etc. And then you want to deactivate my account! I enjoy the ideas and recipes I manage to save. But am I inadvertently pinning things with suggestive info further down in the pin that I don't know about? I did not answer this email as I was afraid it was a phishing attempt. Please advise. PLEASE CHECK THE VALIDITY OF THIS MESSAGE as I have NEVER, nor will I ever post anpin that would be in violation of your "COMMUNITY GUIDELINES" (WHICH I HAVE READ, I assure you). Not wanting to have my pins and my account suddenly "DEACTIVATED" by Pinterest without warning, I am sincerely asking you to respond to this message. I had a friend whose account of years "DEACTIVATED" without notice or a way to contest the action, and I am beginning to not see Pinterest as a viable way to search and save items of interest. I cannot open any new pins or saved pins at all. This just started. Trying to open the pins does not take it to the website. I tried logging off and back on and it’s not working. Please help.

Every time I try to click on a pin or even ad, a page of “more like this” with more pins keeps showing up … and if I click on THAT MORE. “more like this” page keeps showing up…ad infinitum It’s a rabbit hole with no bottom. Please fix or provide steps to stop this action.

My account has been locked for accidentally setting the age to 5, I’ve contacted multiple times and now they refuse to help me by no longer actively checking my email address. This is unacceptable how I have to provide sensitive, personal information just to know I’m 13+. At this point I just want access to the age adjustment to my account so this can be over with, something so small is enraging all because of one tiny mistake.

I was charged tonight for pinterest ads. After being charged an enormous amount a couple of weeks ago, I canceled my business account immediately. I should not have been charged.

I am so confused, I only use Pinterest for topics that interest me, and I save pins, thinking they are ok to save. Lately I have been getting many emails claiming that one of my pins has been deleted. That is fine with me, however, why can't this site be more helpful and understanding, very hard to get any help on this site. Why is it that when deleting a pin, you cannot let the member know, which board it is, would be helpful now, and what kind of pin it was. Lately I have been saving all food recipes, home decor, antiques, cute clothes etc. I want to know what pins I am saving that I should not be, I know nothing about 3rd party's or scammers. I am just saving what I believe is a decent pin to save. Why can't this site make things easier, to understand. Every Day lately, I receive the same email, claiming one of my pins has been deleted, FINE, that is fine with me, but lately I have only been saving Food Recipes, and Cute Clothes, what is the problem here. Please help, but if you want a site that is helpful to me and others, let us know what board it is, and what kind of pin it was, otherwise how am I to know. I believe I am saving a pin that is acceptable, otherwise, why do you even bother having pins, that you are going to delete. Do not have pins on your site, that you do not want a member to save, why bother to do that?
