App stopped working on Apple TV

I have a subscription but I cannot not use it because the app stopped working on Apple TV. This is really inconvenient because sadly my kids love it so much and not being able to used make deal with awful tantrums. In addition to this the customer service is awful I have wrote them multiple times with no answer. Hopefully I get some attention now, and definitely I want my money back since I was not able to use it in the main device which is Apple TV.
App has too many problems

First not account only registered on half of my Apple TV’s. Even though I was subscribed it asked me to subscribe and of course I couldn’t because I already was a paying customer. If it isn’t they issue then nothing loads. I have reinstalled and deleted several times. Cleared the cache. Updated. Worthless
Don't get app

App stopped working after their latest update "bug fixes". Have contacted their customer service several times and they just keep giving me the run around. They pretty much ripped me off a 1 yr subscription and they don't return your money even though the reason the app doesn't work is their fault. Don't get the app.
