Hello I love this this app app it is so amazing!! I have been watching this app ever since I was a little baby! You guys haven’t made any major updates except the account update 7 months ago, so are you gonna make any major updates anytime soon? I really miss BabyTV that you guys made in 2018, like the super old version which is now called Baby-TV Legacy app, and you also had an app called this app Music which now you’ve removed, I have the this app Legacy app because I downloaded it a long time ago and I still have it, and I miss that version so if you’re gonna make another revamp of the this app app can you make a version similar to that? If you don’t remember I can send you some screenshots

We love BabyTV and the shows we’re able to watch with the subscription. We typically cast it to our tv and it works great. Our baby of 5 months loves to watch and the shows are short enough to keep his attention. Our 5 year old loves it too!

We do find it a bit annoying to constantly have to click a new show after one ends. We can’t seem to get it to continuously play. We’ve tried hitting the shuffle button and play buttons but it still stops after each episode and have no idea why. This is the only reason for the three. Great content, but inconvenient to have to keep selecting a show…

We loved BabyTV while my infant watched it. Now that she is passed it it is impossible to unsubscribed. I keep unsubscribing and it never does so I keep getting charge 4$ every month when you contact them is an automatic message with the instructions on how to unsubscribed. But if you already done that you are screwed because everyone you email they answer the same no matter what. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. impossible to unsubscribe. BE AWARE

Free content is very limited so we ended up paying. After an issue with BabyTV we lost paid content. Contacted the developer and they were incapable of restore our account. Getting a reimbursement was even more difficult. Our daughter loved it but we will find something suitable in Netflix.

Content is excellent and I know you have enough subscriptions to pay for BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE! Fix the dang iPad video subscription - why should we have to buy a separate subscription for iPhone vs iPad? And when we send an email to find out WHY we are paying for a subscription and BabyTV still asks us to BUY a subscription and does NOT allow my child to see the content we are already paying for?? Do we need to go to social media and start complaining there? Just fix it.

This could be a great app, but sadly all the video menus show the same this app logo so we’re unable to see what the shows actually are. And once something is selected, it often freezes. This has been going on for months and sadly our membership only expires in April.
I’ve seen other purchasers of BabyTV also complain about the overall functionality, but I haven’t seen any improvements on our end.

I have a subscription but I cannot not use it because BabyTV stopped working on Apple TV. This is really inconvenient because sadly my kids love it so much and not being able to used make deal with awful tantrums. In addition to this the customer service is awful I have wrote them multiple times with no answer. Hopefully I get some attention now, and definitely I want my money back since I was not able to use it in the main device which is Apple TV.

Hi I wanted to know if you guys will bring back any older songs and lullabies. My son misses a lot of the older songs and is a bit upset to find that all of them are gone. It’s just a small concern but I’m sure you’ll make him and a lot more children and fans happier if you were to bring them back.

I subscribe to baby tv through my tv provider and I wish I could sign in on here.. so I just keep it on the free videos. Hope they get this fixed..

I purchased this through the Apple App Store, I’m unable to get into any of BabyTV that we paid for and unable to restore. Wrote support and never got a response, just canceled the subscription

I finally got a response saying I might have used a different email, I only have one email. No offer to correct the issue.

First not account only registered on half of my Apple TV’s. Even though I was subscribed it asked me to subscribe and of course I couldn’t because I already was a paying customer. If it isn’t they issue then nothing loads. I have reinstalled and deleted several times. Cleared the cache. Updated. Worthless

I was watching that tv show when I was a baby but I will not install BabyTV but I’ll give it 5 stars

I pay extra for baby tv through my cable provider and my baby LOVES IT! but I can’t watch anything unless it’s free. I don’t feel like it’s right if I’m already paying for it through my tv and don’t have any other access... this should be available for us as well!!

It would be great if they have more free episodes!

App stopped working after their latest update "bug fixes". Have contacted their customer service several times and they just keep giving me the run around. They pretty much ripped me off a 1 yr subscription and they don't return your money even though the reason BabyTV doesn't work is their fault. Don't get BabyTV .

We have BabyTV installed on our Apple TV and iPads. It constantly crashes, freezes, or fails to load on the TV. The kids get super excited when I try to turn it on, only to be disappointed that BabyTV will not open/load content.

I purchased BabyTV two months ago and it has been nothing but bugs and glitches. And now it won't even start on my Apple TV despite deteling and reinstalling. I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving.

We love it so much

I get Baby TV and PlayStation Vue, but BabyTV wants me to pay again for the same thing every pay for. There should be no additional cost using my existing PlayStation Vue account!
