How to fix Parlor app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Parlor app on iPhone
Update Parlor app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Parlor iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Parlor on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Parlor network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Parlor Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Parlor not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Parlor App
1. On android, goto Settings » Parlor » click [Force Stop]

Update Parlor to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Parlor App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Parlor » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Parlor.

Fix Parlor unable to contact server/ Parlor internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Parlor » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Parlor » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
