I was using this app to send top up to my nieces in Tonga. I send them 4 times and 4 of them came up with a message it says " we're having difficulty processing your order. Please try again or contact to our customer care team " and one of them got the top up and the other 2 I was trying to send the top up and it says the same thing but it shows in my account it's deducted. I look for the transaction it doesn't show the top up that I send. I send again the top up and still the same. I was wondering if you guys deducted from my account and I can't refund my money. Thank you 😊

I topup to my friend mobile in South Africa through ding app ..but it's just a message going to his number that your topup is send..but there is no topup going to his mobile...
