When I request a test call the app freezes and then closes. I have chosen my favorite companies and the department in which to contact but I'm not given an option to make the call that freezes and I have to close it out and reopen it. I've deleted the app then reinstalled it twice now and it has not helped. Should I just delete it altogether or is there something that can be done

I wanted a company which was not on their list. If you pay $4.99 they will add any company you want on their list. I don’t mind paying for good programs so I went for it. When I sent it in, I had a message send failure and it would not go through. Then when I went to contact the company I had another message send failure. So as far as I’m concerned this company is not worth taking up any space in my phone. I will be canceling they iTunes with a refund request. Great idea, failed on delivery.

I signed up for premium to add a new company. I tried to add a company, which generates an email that simply bounces. Then I tried to go to their website and log in, and their customer portal is down. Ironic that their entire goal is to make customer service better and their own customer service is literally non-functional.
