My Horse Reviews

I played this game when I was a little younger and I decided to come back to it to reminisce. Since I’m technically an adult and can make adult purchases, I decided to buy 110 for $5. Immediately afterwards I bought a horse with coins and not the gems I have just acquired. After the purchase of the horse, the game crashes before I could even name it. I’ve had problems with it crashes when I used to play it so I thought nothing of it. But as soon as I started up the game again, my purchase of those gems were not there and the game started all the way back in the beginning. I tried restoring my purchase but it only restored one purchase I made a long time ago.
Their terms say that they will terminate an account if it has been unplaced for over 180 days. It’s been over 180 days since I last played so I was confused on to why I got that purchase back but not the one I made just minutes before. From what I remember about the game, it was good to just pass time. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not upset over loosing $5, but the fact I didn’t get the item I paid the $5 for. The short way of saying it, I was scammed. Thanks Zynga :)

First, I wanna say that a lot of these 5 star reviews about “stopping the hate” look planted. Second, my rating of this game is beyond fair and not based on stuff the game DOESNt include- why would you give a 1 or 2 star review because they don’t have more unicorns?! DUMB.

This game was great. I was having a ton of fun playing with my horse. I was saving up gems and coins so I could purchase the tack sets and not buy them individually because having the set gives you a higher presentation score when you do the competitions (which become necessary to win in the later competitions). BUT, all of a sudden, the game started doing in app ads after the minigames you can play. There are already ads in the game that you can watch to get gems. These ads that pop up do not give you gems. Anyway, a message pops up that says “ANY IN APP PURCHASE TURNS OFF ADS”. Cool, so I used my saved up coins and gems and bought a tack set. Bought 3 earnets. Ads STILL didn’t turn off! I bought treats, food, competition clothes, I basically emptied all I had and THE ADS WERE STILL THERE. So now, I barely play. I cant be the ONLY person having this problem! Unless they want you to buy coins or gems with real money (that is NOT specified in the message the game gives you). Anyway, the ads are so ubiquitous basically any task you do there are stupid final fantasy ads that follow. I hardly have time to myself to play and these ads ruin that extra time I have.

I’m an equestrian myself and I was so excited when I saw this game! I downloaded it immediately and I had fun for the first few levels. The graphics are great and I like the ideas in it! But I think this game can do so much more. Here’s a few of my suggestions after playing until level 15:

1. More options! There are very limited amount of options and it’s very enjoyable when you get to customize and have things that make you happy! One of the many examples is your character. The character only appears whilst riding and I think the developers can do so much more than just a rider. Also I think there should be so many more options for the riders. And better clothes too!

2. The same routine. The game is basically the same thing over and over again after the first 5 levels. Just show after show and training after training. I think there should be other mini games or such.

3. When I saw this game, I really wanted to be able to ride. However the only thing I could do is “train” which basically involves you doing the exact same, 3 second action until you can reach being able to go to the show. I think there should be lessons or something like that where you can actually ride for a while. That would be really fun.

Those are my top 3 suggestions and I have more to improve this game!

I have played this game since I was very very little with my sisters, and I’m now twelve. I still play it occasionally and have been working hard to earn Uncle Hector’s horse. I finally got him, and whenever I did, it kicked me out of the game and when I restarted it, it made me start over the entire game with the black horse instead of the beginner horse. This would have been fine, as my level was still 13 and I had all my horses, money, and gems (I think). The issue was it was introducing me to the game again, and when it made me click on the book to look around it permanently made me on a grey screen on the competition that got me the horse. Great game, but VERY disappointed I lost all my stuff because of that. If you want to play this game I say yes go ahead it’s very fun, but stay away from Uncle Hector’s horse. Ruined everything. I hope somehow someone will see this and be able to help me, because it’s really annoying.

This game is great and I have to say that is seems to be the best and most realistic horse game on MyHorse Store! But it has a few downers. First of all I would love it if in the next update you would add a zoom in and zoom out button while doing the grooming game, it's to close to the horse. I think that it shouldn't take so long to prepare for comps. Also out of all the things I have listed so far one of the major want for me is customizing! It would be amazing and more fun to customize your character and maybe if there was someone that you could buy in the store to customize a horse. And that you could actually walk around and have places to go as well as have more disciplines for the horses. Also everything is quite expensive in the game when purchasing with game money, when buying with real money the prices are fantastic! Please make a major update! :) Thanks for the game please take these thoughts into consideration!

Awesome game! It should stay on MyHorse Store forever! But, I have a few problems with my game...

1st. The sound is not consistent, and what I mean by this is, that I’ve had to close out the game with the double home tap (you know) and I went into the game settings to fix it and I saw that the sound button was “on” so, I turned it on then off again to make sure it was working... surprise! The sound wasn’t working still! I was confused so I turned my volume all the way up. I went back into the game again and the sound was working... until I got an ad. It just suddenly stopped working again. Please fix this!

2nd. I randomly lost all of my data from this game I really didn’t know what to do and so I started up the game again went through the tutorial and such. Then when I closed out of the game something must have happened because when I went back into the game and my data was lost again! This happened a third time and I was very dissatisfied and disappointed!! So I stopped playing this game for almost three years. I’m starting up the game and hopefully the data ACTUALLY SAVES this time.

So, before I start, I REALLY enjoy this game. I’ve finished all the competitions and such, I just have a few complaints. It’s honestly a great game, I just really wish it was still in development!

The game hasn’t been updated for years, (I would know, I’ve owned it for a very long time) so it really gets repetitive which is sad! I also get the health and happiness decreasing, but I think there should be a way to get a small amount of health and happiness without spending so many coins. If I leave this game for like, two days it’ll be back at 0 and I have to spend so many coins on getting its health and happiness back to full.

Another complaint is how hard it is to get coins and a new farm. I’ve been playing this game for a VERY long time, since 2013, and I still can’t get enough coins for a new farm. So devs! Please send new content! I would love to check it out 💖

Don't get me wrong, I like most about this game. Sure, maybe there's a couple of things that aren't exactly accurate but it's pretty close! Good graphics.
However- and this is at the game devs and programmers- gaining gems is near impossible. The "daily" gems are hardly daily. I have to wait up to two days to access them again. If the devs are even reading this, I have a suggestion.
If you want money, you need customers. So you need to make your app more likeable.
If you make gems more accessible, more people will be inclined to play. No big changes are needed: I just suggest that you make the wait time between free gems far shorter. From 24 hours (or whatever you have it at) to 1-3 hours. This means that players will be more inclined to open MyHorse more often and more more active on MyHorse , therefore gaining you possible customers and more people more often to play the game and gain even better opinions of the game. They'll be on MyHorse more, be more likely to actually purchase more gems (more people, more active: more money chances) and be more likely to suggest the game to friends because they have a better opinion of the game.

Also, the website that you set up for Support is faulty and dangerous to users. Please fix it.
That is all I have to say. It's just a bunch of business advice.

So this game is great, there is no doubt about that. But I have a few ideas that I think would make the game even better. So this is just me, but I think you guys should add more horse breeds. And maybe like ponies and stuff like that. I also think that the game would improve if there were more competitions, because I am at the last level of the first set of competitions, and I am only level 13. So that means I have 7 levels to get through before I am enter in the international competitions. I also think that gems should be easier to get/ more accessible, because you would have to go through hundreds of levels to get any of the unicorns or cool paddocks. But the reason I gave it a four is because a few things could stand to be added, but overall, I love the game! Maybe y’all could make a My Horse 2?? I would definitely get that!

I love this game!!! you can do a lot in it such as buy horses, train your horses, care for them and things like that. there is really nothing wrong with it considering the fact that the game was made in 2011! i just have a few things to say that would make the game so much better. first, we should get new characters, the current characters are quite scary and just need to be updated. pretty much all the graphics should be updated. next, the tack. the tack just doesn't look real, the saddle is like flat and is huge, but really that's it. lastly the arena were we preform for shows should get updated such as the people cheering, the jumps, and the ground probably. overall though this game is very very fun and addicting you don't really get bored of it or anything like that. 4 stars out of 5!

I gave “MY HORSE “ a four star rating because the graphics are really good and the movement of the horse it’s self is really cool and the shows are really cool to with the jumping and barrel turns and cone turns I also think that the prices in the game for food and horse’s and tack gear are fairly priced but I do think that the diamond stuff should be cheaper or find a way where it is easier to get diamonds because you barely have a chance to get a unicorn or something like that unless if you buy it with real money. Also I think you should add more breeds of horses other then quarter horses or pintos and you should also add breeding . Not only breeding but you should also add where you can place two horses at the same time or add a barn where you can place all the horses and then take them out in the pen when you want to use them but other then that the game is really fun and worth downloading but I do believe the game could use some things to make it more interesting.

O.M.G!!!! This game is amazing!! I first downloaded it thinking it'd be one of those games where you play for a while, then get bombarded with ads. But this is not one of those games!! I can play for an hour and get about 2 ads. The ingame currency is fair- and they don't try to make you buy stuff. You don't get to pick your horse at the beginning- you start with the starter horse which is the one on the cover. But as you improve and get more coins and gems, you can buy new ones IN GAME! There are no horses for sale for real money (which is awesome) There are only a few minor issues, such as actions you do. In order to complete missions, you need to pay for your horse do do a show or. Something which takes 24 real hours. Also, the grooming/paddock/stall cleanup is sorta unrealistic. But if you're a person who downloads games and finds all these terrible things about it, look somewhere else!! I would totally recommend this game!!

Ok I love this game, but I have some new ideas to make this game even more OTT! Ideas 101. I have 8 more amazing ideas for ur game! 1. Maybe for the competition rounds and horse shows you can load them up in a trailer. 2. At the competitions, could you actually see the show and the other contestants? 3. Could you design the show courses for you and your horse? 4. It would be amazing if you could tack up the horses before training. 5. Can you have times where you can just ride them and canter outside the arena!? 6. Can you load the horse into his/her stall at night? The only time you get to be in the stalls is when you’re doing the muck out. 7. I have kinda a problem with the fact that you can feed your horse- but you can’t water them. That doesn’t make any sense! 8. Can you bathe your horse? You can groom them-but not bathe them. Thank you again for reading my review. Hope you add my ideas and make the game even more OTT! This game is great. SETTLE DOWN PEOPLE! I loves the game, but please add more horse breeds and horse breeding. The game would be way more popular if you could add more horse breeds also you should let there be more than one horse in the paddock at the time! Everybody is wishing for that. Well most people want more horse breeds. Haters why take the time to write hate comments? Write something good about the game. Your just wasting your time. Yes the game does need better stuff, but there is not reason to hate on the game. Obviously the game creators took a long time to make this game. Again when you write a hate comment on the the game your just probably jealous that you haven't created a game. The game is great just some people like hating on the game. Obviously the creators of the game are still working on it. Plus you haters don't know who those people are you might cause them to delete the game. Stop the hate. Yes there should be a few updates, but there's no reason to hate on the game be grateful that this game was created. Great game!

This game is the best game I’ve ever played! I’ve been playing for 1 day and I’m already glued to it! My horse Bella Winter is doing great! I haven’t done anything wrong with Bella and I somehow just started pressing the black button when the icon was on blue then continued that! This game made my dreams of having a horse come true!

Bella can’t stop being the 1st place horse during computations at all! She’s my horse 🐎! I know we deserved to be together and her happiness is growing and nothing put a stop to it. But ever since I was so addicted to my horse, I made a plan. I’ll charge my phone while using it so I could play my horse all day long!

Sadly my friend who also plays this game dislikes it. I feel like sometime later in her
life she will want to re-instal it but I’m not sure. The game can crash but never did it do that to me but it could. I don’t enjoy reading reviews for my favorite games and seeing bad thing about it. I feel like it’s just something with they’re device.

By the way I enjoy this game by heart. And I don’t care what other people think. Maybe add a little changes? Maybe they will enjoy the improvements. If you can’t I understand. My friends words about the game are only bad things and what she wants for you to add to the game. I feel like there’s something in her that she didn’t figure out yet.

I got this game for the first time a while ago, and had a lot of fun with it, and then I deleted it because I was having storage problems. I got it back a couple days ago, and it was really amazing that they let you restore your old account with all your coins and horses. 😀 though maybe tack could cost less gems, but I LOVE how you don’t have to pay real money for your tack, or anything pretty much which makes it a game kids can play without signing up for something by their parents have to fix. One thing that I would suggest, maybe we could ride the horses in the paddock for fun, not in completions or training? I also think it’s really cool how you combined English and Western, I ride English and I think you did a great job among a compromise with both in the completions. Great game, you guys did a great job on it, and thanks for reading my review. I also want to say I TOTALLY agree with the person who said for people to stop writing hate reviews. They’re is no point in that, other than to discourage the creators.❤️🐴😁

I like this game because it lets allows me to have my own horse I can ride and take around but I don’t really often get many people visiting my horse quarter visit quarter he’s really nice I am like this game a lot and just lets me like expressed feelings and when I’m upset I can just go to quarter and I’ll feel better it’s just like life to me this game is just a great game there’s not much so I get a bit bored playing it too so that’s the only part I don’t like about this game you get really bored just watching your horse run around and not really doing anything about your horse except petting it and feeding it and doing all chores you don’t actually really get it right it just watch someone else ride your horse so it gets really boring in the game but That’s like part of the game I just love this game it’s a really nice game and there’s not much else to say about it because doesn’t really have much to talk about besides me loving it so much I also love taking care of my horse and it was really nice being able to have my own horse so that

First I just want to say, this game has been my childhood and has been. Ever since me and my sister played it we were taking turns taking care of the chestnut horse and upgraded it more and more but however this game got old since there was nothing else to do except, take care of the horse upgrade it to a uni or some other horse, i just want to say thank you for giving me a childhood game that me and my sister liked to play often but as we grew older we started to find the game old as said before but the chestnut horse and the game itself was outstandingly very good so that’s why I’m giving it a 5 star review because I think other girls like me or littler girls who are obsessed with horses should find this game and let this game continue because I had a different game and it shut down because nobody played it anymore but it was a great enjoyable game where you could ride the horse and do quests so I’m just wanting this game to continue and grow as more people play it and let it be their childhood just like this game was mine. LOVE it!! What more can I say!! This is just one of the BEST APPs!! It’s all about the love & care of horses & my family & I are huge horse fans! It is so much fun & relaxing to just kick back & feed apples & carrots to my horses, but even more fun to do all that & more, especially tailor them and do their hair, with my own “little ponies!” Every app has mini games & the My Horse Mini Games are just great!! There’s everything from scooping the stable and the field to feeding, tailoring, grooming, training, competing, and of course, just cuddling. They’ve even added some more fun trainer/vet games to their previous barn jobs. MyHorse is like actually living on a luxury horse farm!! My family & I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND it!! The horses are just the best breed picks! You’ll fall in love once you play it & want to share your horse pics with everyone!

I started playing this between 2010 and 2013 on my kindle fire. It was fairly new then, and it rocked. Years passed and I found my kindle, still alive. Opened MyHorse for old times’ sake. Still as awesome as it was back then!!

The horses move super realistically. The graphics are amazing and my original generation kindle fire can run it without issues. My fifth gen ipad got it today and it runs even better. The items are nice and the goals are fairly doable to a casual player.

The mini games are fun and the paddock one is original as can be. Feeding is a bit obnoxious but I’ve played for years without doing it, so it’s not really a big deal. The tack and mane/tail options are super cute! And we won’t go into the scenery because the detail is incredible. Also, the audio is pretty fun and adds to the overall experience.

My only complaint is that it takes forever to get cash, and only two of the horses can be earned with free currency. On top of this the shows have super small blue bars, a far cry from the big blue ones you practice with for shows. That’s not much when you consider the hundred plus hours I’ve spent in MyHorse since I got it years ago. Really wish they’d offer some more coin horses or backgrounds, or do promos where you could get the gem horses for coins, but overall not even mad, as it’s too fun. It doesn’t really hurt that their main competitor went offline in 2014 I guess xD

Had problems with naming Uncles horse? Me too and I was so sad BUT this may sound crazy but all you have to do is delete the game and download it again and I PROMISE you will get everything back including the black horse. Trust me I was sooo sad when that happened! But then I was so happy! So trust me IT WORKS! So now for the creators. So first of all I love the game and how it’s realistic. But I have a few problems and suggestions. For the problems #1 the ads are AWFUL use to they weren’t always after you did something. #2 the character that rides the horse...this drives me crazy BECAUSE in real riding that is NOT how you hold the reins and you try to keep your elbows on your side NOT trying to make a pizza. #3 the unicorns are SO expensive I will probably never be able to get ONE. Now for the suggestions. So I like how you can take care of the horse and stuff but what I always look for in horse games (this may sound silly) is cleaning out the horses hooves. It is just a cool detail and also being able to bathe the horse would be AWESOME! Also trail riding. I understand if you aren’t able to do this but I would LOVE LOVE it if you could or maybe make a second my horse. And I am POSITIVE that everyone else would LOVE LOVE it if you guys could do this. 😉😁
