Crashes every 3-5 minutes
Constantly crashes as you’re just about to place your bet as soon as my account is empty I’m finally deleting it
I’m not new here I’ve been with Xpressbet for years and believe me it’s gotten consistently worse to the point that it is just not worth the frustration! Customer service does nothing to try and fix issues

I created an account, funded it via PayPal, got logged out, XpressbetHorseRacingBetting wouldn’t accept my password, I tried to create a new password, I met all of the criteria of a forming a new password, and it keeps saying that my newly formed password is invalid.... so, they took my money as soon as they could, and then denied me access to my account as soon as they could... real nice

The issues lately for me have been 1) go to track wager with video place bet then video issue and it freezes 2) back to track list but it’s not track list it’s replays only but I can’t go anywhere else. Try to do wager pad, customer service, any other page and can only see and get replay page.

Too many times my I phone says not enough Horsepower to bet the races and connect to the internet and try again when it IS connected as I have wi fi in my apt. where I live! All of the other apps on my phone are working just fine at the time my Xpressbet app isn’t! I went two full days without XpressbetHorseRacingBetting. No one in Xpressbet tech dept. seems to know why this happens! VERY much frustrating to say the least!

I XpressbetHorseRacingBetting has been great BUT in the last week it’s now feeezing up (hangs up, white screen, etc) all the time. I’ve been hold with customer support for almost a half an hour too. Help!

A professionally managed app that works perfectly. Gives me great confidence in properly managing my wagers. Excellent customer service. Only one suggestion: It would be great if I could review a list of my wagers for the day, organized by Post Time, each with a video link to the live race. That would make for an easy and fun way to watch each race where I have skin in the game. Thanks.

Needs work for sure but still a does what is needed and simple to use. Just keep improving and I think it will be a great app.

The mobile Xpressbet app allows me to enjoy horse race betting on the run with most of the features on my home computer. I love xpressbet but they need to offer a refund of your bets per month. Other adw are giving as much as 8 percent back. If xpressbet doesn’t start giving refunds soon will have to move business.

In dealing with Xpress bet, I have found that they have been honorable and safe. However, I wish that any withdrawals can arrive quicker than 10 days.

Been an Xpressbet customer for years, they never disappoint. I’ve tried all the other horse racing betting apps and this one is the absolute best. They have recently released a handicapping app called 1/ST BET that is absolutely killer too. Keep it up guys!

XpressbetHorseRacingBetting is great. You have in your pocket the ability pull out your phone and bet on any race track that’s running that day. It’s simple it’s fast it’s smooth. Making a wager checking your balance or making a deposit is a click away. Even replays can be viewed on your device or watching a race live. It’s the nuts. 😎🌴

No idea what’s going on here. No guide, no FAQ, no nothing. They just did the bare minimum developing this and just assumed the user is an expert in horse racing. In 2018 you can’t assume your users are going to call your support line to understand how to use your app and deposit money.

One can’t reach the horses previous races in XpressbetHorseRacingBetting . You need look elsewhere for it. No guide (no speed ratings etc.) at least you could add last 5 race form. Not user friendly. Hope you can improve more..

I have had XpressbetHorseRacingBetting for about three years now, XpressbetHorseRacingBetting is easy to navigate but all the race video continually crashes during a race. Very frustrating to have to restart and most of the time I missed the race
