The main issue I have with the Sharon credit union app is that my accounts never load, which means I can’t deposit checks. The only way I can see the money in my accounts is if I go to transfer money, but I can’t see any of my activity beyond just the total. It would probably be a good app if I could use it.

Since you have updated your app SCUCreditUnionOnline refuses to acknowledge that the back of my check is signed. Now I have to go to the bank to deposit a $30 check. What is the point of mobile banking if there is no way to override the error message that says there is no signature on the back of your check. I signed it once. And then once it failed i signed it again one line down in case it was too high up on the check. A human being reviews these checks anyway, why not let me override it and if I’m the idiot that makes the mistake that submits it anyway, then the check gets rejected. I’ve accidentally typed the deposit amount incorrectly before and the check has been rejected. This is frustrating.

As of late, SCUCreditUnionOnline is very problematic. It constantly "experiences an error" and forces me to sign in with my password. What's the point of face ID?

Sounds cliche but it’s true for me. I love the savings features. Something as simple as “naming” your savings goals removed the self imposed stress about saving.

I found Gary Walker to be a rather remarkable gentleman. He is patient, personable, very friendly and extremely professional.
After nearly 2 dozen auto loans thru Crescent Credit, I will now do additional business with SCU because Gary is the caliber of person I choose to conduct business with.

I have really fallen in love with SCUCreditUnionOnline and upgrades because my purchases and transfers can be labeled so I can more readily run the budget chart and see a true picture of every dollar spent. Great job SCU.

Been with Sharon credit union since 1969 always a pleasure to do business with them. A lot of changes over the years. But I have never wanted to change my SCU. Banking with the personal touch. ❤️SCU

New app doesn’t work for me. Account balances are “unable to be retrieved”. Old app worked great... now it’s unusable
