Hello MTV I used Samsung S23 ultra android 13, (not me, all the one i know has the same device) push notification not working, even though the following point are applied: Go to your Apps->mtv Al Lubnaniya->Notifications and check whether notifications enabled or not. If it is not enabled, please enable it. Also if you don't get notification alert sounds, re-verify that you don't accidentally muted the app notification sounds. thanks regards
