Took the money from my bank and after that showed loading for ever and worst still does not even have a single customer service number to call to. All preloaded rubbish which takes you no where

There’s no way to get to customer support. This is not good service where only option is to book but if we need help there’s no immediate help. Please update your app to include better help options. Thanks!

ixigo not worth to spend any money unless you want to waste it , ixigo blame on airlines and airlines blame on ixigo , at the end customers loose their hard working money … and app just tell you they are so sorry for your loss or their team will work hard for 3 days to resolve your issues but they will never return your money

While using international card this app shows an option to pay in INR. But selecting the option to pay in INR errors out and redirects back to payment information page.
This option is not setup correctly.

Actually I want to get a flight from Islamabad to Newyork jfk airport but when I write the name in origins it didn’t show the results like it just showed that unable to find your location like how even Islamabad International Airport exist but I think so this is an Indian app so is this is only for Indians citizens ??

After hours of frustration trying to book on indigo or AirAsia website with my US credit card, and failing with errors, this app was smooth and clean. NRIs especially need to use ixigo. Yourbnon India CC will go thru with once alert confirmation by Visa or MC. User Interface experience is awesome. 👌👌👌

Amazing prices and easy booking steps

After a long time, we took our children for a flight journey and they have really enjoyed … The staff’s behaviour was good and treated us well. They gave a gift for our children and it will be remembered forever. Finally, they sent off with a family photo.
