Close and restart the Tiny Wings app on iPhone
Update Tiny Wings app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tiny Wings iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tiny Wings on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tiny Wings network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Tiny Wings not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tiny Wings App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tiny Wings » click [Force Stop]

Update Tiny Wings to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tiny Wings App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tiny Wings » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tiny Wings.

Fix Tiny Wings unable to contact server/ Tiny Wings internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tiny Wings » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tiny Wings » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tiny Wings
