The update broke it

Used SimpleMortgagePayment all the time to calc payments. Then the update broke what was a good app. The update changes the input numbers "randomly". Please fix it and then repost another date. Until then SimpleMortgagePayment does't function. The only reason it gets 1 star is because the review process requires at least 1 star to be assigned.

Free version does not factor taxes, pmi, or insurance. There is an option to upgrade to pro.....but why pay for something you can get on any website for free. Don't waste your time. Dev, if you include ads in the free version....don't limit its functionality too.

Does Not Work - Blank Screen

Title says it all, SimpleMortgagePayment does not even open. Blank screen.

Simple is right

So some users complain that some functionality Is missing like pmi, etc. Well SimpleMortgagePayment is named Simple for a reason - it is. Quick, accurate, and easy to read, I can calculate payments for my clients at shows quickly. Just what I wanted. Only small issue is I don't sell houses. Consider changing from "House Price" to "Purchase Price".
