Dobrý den, ve Stopaři jsem měla jednu dlouhodobě vedenou trasu zaznamenávanou přibližně 9 měsíců (cca 6000 km). Trasu jsem průběžně obnovovala funkcí „pokračovat“. Před několika dny jsem zjistila, že zmizela. Nejsem si vědoma toho, že bych ji smazala. V aktivitách nyní vidím pouze jednu starou trasu z doby před několika lety. Je možné zjistit, co se s daty stalo a zda existuje možnost jejich obnovy?
I have already paid for premium, I had the service, but for some strange reason your system stopped my subscription. I used a virtual card for payment in order to prevent the scam and this is just common approach...but you have then rejected my payment. I really do not understand your way of providing support to people. In fact, I am really disappointed. So, I will wait for the reaction, and if nobody takes care I would definitaly look for som other, more reliable apps.
Hello, I have been trying for some time now to set up an account. I get to the point where I send a text message to the number given and the text will not send. App was highly recommended for euro biking. It will not let me look at bike routes between cities a few days in the future; will only start at my current location. So far it’s of no help. Here We Go is free and works.
