i live in Lavista ne 68128 and this morning all i can get it Kansas city weather? not mine?

My NOAA Weather Radio (Midland) does not give any weather at all. It just buzzes. It has fresh batteries so that isn't the problem. Please help me! Thanks, Norma

Why can't I receive any NOAA Radio stations in Oregon. Some show they are down but others show that the app is trying to connect but I don't get any voice weather recordings.
